Cozy guesthouse with great views! Close to hiking and biking trails

Cozy guesthouse on 5 acres with beautiful views of the mountains. Just a fourth of a mile from Saguaro National Park with biking and hiking trails. A 45 minute drive to the top of Mt. Lemmon. Front and back porches with seating. Three miles to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. Owners house on the same property but completely separate. Laundry room with washer and dryer. New mattresses on both beds. Both bedrooms have doors that open in to an area with private vanity.

Great place to stay in Tucson!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little house! We stayed a little over a week and couldn't have picked a better place for our first time in Tucson. The home was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed the great views and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable East-Side Tucson Casita

We had the enjoyment of staying a bit over a week in this cozy 2-bedroom house that is within walking distance of the Saguaro National Park East Visitor Center. In addition to the NP, we also visited Agua Caliente Park, Mt. Lemmon highway, and Sabino Canyon, all easily accessible from this location. Perhaps the best compliment is that we would not hesitate to stay in this guesthouse again and to recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent Accommodations

I carefully choose this place for proximity, size, privacy, convenience, ease of stay and it exceeded my expectations. I found it to be very thoughtfully put together and welcoming. Great for two separate adults!

The perfect location

Right on the doorstep to Saguaro Park, absolutely incredible views and convenience. We found the house squeaky clean and comfortable. Many great restaurants, movies and shops are close by not to mention the abundance of nature to explore. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family.

3 min to saguaro nat pk. agua caliente park close and safe with lots of nature. close to food stores, gas, and restaurants. I recommend a drive to Madura canyon near green valley. hosts very friendly and nice. would definenitly stay again!

Green space next to national park

We could walk to Saguaro park. At the residence we watched a group of Javeninas, coyote, quail, road runners and more. The rental is clean, close to shopping and quiet. Can’t ask for more.

a very nice detached, calm house with everything you need

detached, calm, very good equipped, parking, nice little garden area, washer+dryer, ...outside from busy town/but not too far away - was a VERY nice stay! Also good roads, with little trafic, around the area for bicycle training. Wheelchair-accessible for active wheelchair user.

Second stay. Love this place.

This was our second stay at this property. We stayed 3 weeks this time. Location is perfect. Beautiful mountain views. House is perfect and very comfortable. Sitting out back with coffee in the morning or eating dinner out there at night is awesome. Great sunsets on the front porch. We hope to always stay here when we come to Tucson. Hosts are absolutely fabulous.

Nature and National Park

The home is light, bright and very clean. There is some road noise out front but with the door closed you barely notice it. It's located about a quarter of a mile from the entrance to Saguaro National Park. The park has an 8 mile loop that you can bike or drive. We did both. If you like to hike and or bike, this house is located close to trailheads and is on a bike path! We saw javelinas, coyotes and tons of birds in back of the house (the house has a fence around it, keep the gate closed!). The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fairly well stocked, the furniture is nice and overall the place is wonderful. We had a fabulous month here and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Great private location, felt like you are out in the country, but very close to everything you might need or want to see or do. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Wonderful 2 bedroom in a great location. Within walking distance to Saguaro Nat'l Park Rincon Visitors Center. Private back yard with grill and outdoor dining. Just the right place for our stay.

Stunning views!!! Awesome house!!!

This house has it all. Stunning views of the mountains. Beautiful sunrises out back...sunsets out front. Feels like you are far out of town but you are only minutes away from groceries, restaurants and shopping. The hosts are very responsive and kind. House is so well decorated and maintained. The fenced backyard is perfect for eating outside or enjoying your morning coffee. We were able to watch javelina in the desert behind the house and listen to coyotes howl. We are already booked to stay here again.

Beautiful views and clean property!

This was probably one of our best stays with VRBO! The house was so cute! Comfortable and clean! The location is a bit out of town which was fine for us, it was close to the wedding venue. But there was a Walmart and other places within a couple miles.

Beautiful Stay in Tucson

We had a fantastic time staying at this property in Tucson! The location was perfect with spectacular views of the Catalina and Rincon mountains. The property was on several acres and felt very private. The back deck was a super bonus with such a peaceful, relaxing view. I loved that there were separate vanity rooms for each bedroom so that it didn’t feel like we were fighting for bathroom space at all. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. The laundry room was wonderful to have! So convenient to be able to wash our clothes and most supplies were provided! There was a little bit of a leftover smell of cigarettes from somebody possibly having smoked there in the past. It wasn’t bad but just a heads up if you are sensitive to these things. The decor was beautiful and having a kitchen to make some of our own meals was great too. Communication with the owner and management was excellent as well. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!
