Located in the safest area, inside AC Tourism District. New furniture, bedding, and brand new hot tub suite. AC Boardwalk is located just outside rear door. Minutes from all the action, yet a quiet, clean neighborhood. Walk to the beach, the brand new mini-golf just 1 block away, AC Aquarium, & Lucky Snake arcade and the light house. We offer a very clean & safe property insuring we are committed to your comfortable stay! We would be honored to host you.

House features 4 bedrooms each with a Queen bed and two of them with additional single for a total of 6 beds. There is a rollaway cot, a blow up mattress and two full size couches.

There is an additional cost of $200 per stay for the Hot Tub Suite. The Suite includes use of the hot tub during your stay, use of the 6 person surrey bicycle, a 1000 watt light us stereo system, beach towels, beach bags, Bags of Ice in Freezer, Plastic dinnerware. We do not offer the tub if the water conditions are not safe or if the weather does not permit (such as a lightening storm). We DO NOT refund any funds for the home reservations if the suite is not available for any reason. You must sign a release to use the tub and the surrey. We do everything we can to make sure it is available for every stay. Your understanding is appreciated. Payment is made on the property in cash only upon signing the release for you and your house guests.

If you have small children and do not wish to have access to the hot tub, no worries. You can rent the home without the hot tub. It is locked in a separate room separated from the house so there would be absolutely no safety concerns with the water.

Listing costs per night include up to a total of 8 guests. Any additional guests are billed at the cost of $50 /pp / per night.

Very private covered front porch. Shaded rear porch with two lounge chairs to relax in. This is a beautiful 4 bedroom (with 9 foot ceilings) 2.5 bath spacious home located right at the Boardwalk! Clean and Safe. Fully stocked kitchen with minibar. This kitchen would make even Gordon Ramsay smile with all of the amenities it features. Master bedroom suite with brand new linens and walk-in closet as well as private full bathroom. Lower Level Bedroom for guests that may not climb stairs features both a single and queen bed with Brand new linens. Brand new floors, redesigned interior and brand new RUUD HVAC system for your complete comfort. Well maintained and manicured landscaping, with private enclosed outdoor shower for before soaking in the hot tub or after sunning at the beach!

This beautiful home features a 7 adult HOT TUB SUITE, that is optional and at an additional cost of $200 per stay. If you do not want to access the suite, you do not pay for it. It is an added feature to the home for those that desire it, but it is separate and locked for those that don't or have concerns about small children near the spa.

It features a light up, 90 high powered jet, 7 person hot tub with a seating area for dining and cocktails and 6 person surrey bicycle! All towels, beach bags, beach cooler and 1000 watt stereo system. Ice bags in freezer right on the property. No guests under 14 years old are permitted in the hot tub. A full liability release form is required to rent this section of the home. Contact Superhost Mark for additional details. Certainly, you may rent the home without the optional Hot Tub Suite. Suite may not be available for your stay if water conditions are not safe for bathing or weather does not permit ( such as a lightning storm). Hot Tub Suite is open 365 days per year based on availability and conditions permitting. No payment for suite is required if not available for your stay. No refunds are given on home rental for non-availability of Spa Suite. We do everything in our power to make it available to every guest that requests it. After all, we want you to have a great experience here so you'll return again and again.

Walk to the Boardwalk, just outside the rear door. 4 blocks to the left and you are at the new inlet beach with no ocean waves, a lifeguard, restrooms and outdoor showers. Walk 2 blocks to the right and you are at the Ocean Beach with Ocean waves and lifeguard just off the boardwalk.

Walk right down the street and you are at Historic Gardner's Basin with AC Aquarium, the Back Bay Ale House, and the Gilcrest (a locals favorite for very casual waterfront breakfast).

Free Parking on the street behind the house and Fee Parking in the Driveway for up to one vehicle.

Walk to Ocean Casino or take the jitney bus around any part of the the town for $2.25 which stops directly on the street in front of the house 24/7.
