Secluded 3BR 1BA Cabin for Cozy Living

Summary:
Just 3 minutes from Holmes Creek Recreation Area on Center Hill Lake, you can quickly immerse yourself in outdoor activities and relaxation. Bring your kayaks!

The Space:
Enjoy the mountain air on one of the two decks, serenaded by the soothing sounds of the water stream flowing below the cabin. There is a full kitchen which includes Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Microwave. Relax in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite streaming show on the smart TV which you can log into your favorite streaming device or surf the web. The master bedroom is located downstairs going down the circular stairs into a small sitting area. This bedroom is also complete with a smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and are both queen beds. The bathroom is a full tub and shower complete with towels for your stay. We do allow for pets but do charge an additional $100 pet fee on top of the standard cleaning fee which will be requested after your booking. NOTE: The property includes a spiral staircase, and your family's safety is important to us. Please keep a watchful eye on your kids to prevent accidents.

Guest Access:
Check in instructions and check in code will be furnished the day of check in by 1000am

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

The Neighborhood:
This is a total wooded area and the cabin is nestled in the area with the nearest neighbor a few acres away. Low riding vehicles are discouraged and trailers are not recommended due to no place to turn them around

Getting Around:
l definitely need a good vehicle to travel to the area, no taxi or uber is available.

Other Things to Note:
Important Driveway Notice:
Please be aware that the driveway leading to the cabin is steep and, like many gravel roads, has areas affected by washout, which may slow your travel. Low-riding vehicles are discouraged due to the risk of bottoming out. Additionally, there is no room to turn around with a towed trailer; you would need to back down the driveway to the nearest turning point.

Important Information:

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
