No Cleaning Fee!!! Run Turkey Run ~ Cove View Home Nestled in the Woods

Run Turkey Run is a completely renovated manufactured home featuring an open floor plan in the kitchen and living area, 3 nicely sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Self-check in and 2 Roku 55” TV’s. Our home is in the Turkey Run subdivision, a mile from the NC/VA border (near Ebony, VA) and is situated in a tranquil, wooded setting backing to a scenic cove on beautiful Lake Gaston. This is a perfect home for someone visiting the area who does not need access to full recreational waterfront activities. The large circular drive can accommodate vehicles towing trailers. The property is on a quiet, private 20 MPH gravel road.

Full home access and a few acres with walking trails. Lakefront dock with water access. Fire pit with wood supply and a large deck with a corn hole set.

The waterfront at the Run Turkey Run dock is shallow and can be used to fish or relax but cannot be used for swimming. There are complimentary kayaks, canoes and paddle boards available which you can use to get to deeper water.

The dock and water depth will support 2 jet skis or an outboard (trimmable motor) small boat.

The closest public boat ramp is at Poplar Creek (Brunswick County, VA)
Route 903 on Southwest side of Poplar Creek Bridge

Getaway on the Lake

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. We fished, walked the trail, played corn hole, roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and enjoyed an awesome boat ride. Home was beautiful, very clean, and located in nice peaceful area. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Most Beautiful Lake Home

We loved our stay at this lake house! We needed a peaceful getaway to relax and unwind and this was just that and more! We had 3 gorgeous days and spent afternoons outside enjoying the covered deck and watching all of nature in this cozy sanctuary on Lake Gaston. It was awesome!

This property was more than we could have ever asked for and had so many accommodations for our littles and our for our cooking needs! Our 4 year old said “we need to get rid of our house and get a house just like this one!” I can’t argue with that statement ;)

The house was beautiful, clean, and had a fantastic porch. It was perfect for my friends to have a relaxing get together (we went in September) and enjoy a gorgeous setting. Fabulous

This is a wonderful house on Lake Gaston. Right on a cove which goes directly into the lake. We had the use of kayaks and paddle boards right off the dock in the back of the house. The house was spotless and totally updated with great furniture and a modern kitchen. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely go back to this house in the very near future.

Peaceful retreat

This was a late change of plans from our original destination that ended up being the perfect getaway! I am so happy we found this listing. The home was beautiful and perfectly situated with beautiful view. We even saw some wild turkeys run! The hiking trail next to the cabin was perfect for a nice walk. The owners have items there to further enjoy your stay from movies, corn hole, and so much more. Whether you want to enjoy an early morning sunrise watching the lovely wildlife like a pretty crane on a peaceful morning or whether you enjoy staying up for a crackling bonfire with smores, this place is wonderful! Thanks for the great stay!

Having seen a good portion of the world, I can attest to why this area is special. It is a laid back lake, with plenty of outdoor activities and weekend entertainment venues (seasonal). Our property is surrounded by woods on 2 sides and a water view in the front.
