This beautiful 3-bed 2-bath home is located in the Lake Gaston Estates neighborhood on the Hubquarter Creek portion of Lake Gaston. The home features a screened-in porch, a cozy living space including 2 nap-worthy oversized egg chairs, large walk-in master shower and eat-in kitchen featuring an abundance of seating. All of this with a less than 3 minute walk to the lake!
Enjoy a hot (or iced!) cup of coffee from the Ninja coffee maker while you soak up lake views from the front porch, with even better viewing during the winter months. Or, walk a short distance to the end of the cul-de-sac to find the lake, and relax at the recreational area which features a large fire pit and picnic tables.
Also, enjoy access to the community park just a few streets over featuring a beach, fire pit, picnic area, playground, restrooms, and first-come first-serve dock.
Drive just 17 minutes to Eaton Ferry Bridge area where you will find Food Lion/shops/waterfront dining/marinas or 16 minutes to the quaint town of Warrenton where you will find breweries/shops/restaurants.
You will find the home has a long driveway with plenty of parking for trucks and boat trailers.
Community boat ramp with key-fob access is provided.
This is a golf-cart community, feel free to bring yours if you would like!

My husband and I are from Richmond, Va. For years we have enjoyed lake life on Lake Chesdin, Lake Anna, and now Lake Gaston. We enjoy the sense of peace while out on the water, and fun that can be had as well. We love to host get togethers, and have family at our home. Inviting guests to join the same experience is our way of opening up the pleasures of lake life to others.

It is a lake-front community with a large amount of space to relax and have fun. The amenities such as the boat ramp, beach area, and recreation center are just a few things we enjoy.

We have almost half an acre of land to enjoy peace and tranquility while relaxing on our screened-in front porch. And, with just a short walk to the end of the cul-de-sac, one can enjoy lake views next to a large fire pit area.
