Walk to Five Points Restaurants and UGA Stadium and other UGA sports venues

Located in Five Points, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Athens, our recently remodeled 1930's home is in walking distance of both Sanford Stadium on game day and the restaurants and cafes in Five Points. Comfortable accommodations for 4 adults are provided by two bedrooms (one king and one queen) and two full baths. The full kitchen, counter bar, dining room, spacious living room, entertainment area and back patio provide a variety of areas for dining and relaxation. Floors are hardwood throughout. Wifi is available along with flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the entertainment area. Driveway provides for off street parking.

We had a lovely family reunion with our freshman daughter at UGA who we had not seen since August. The house was wonderful and it a great location. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Beyond Amazing!

Everything was way more than one could have hoped for! As soon as we opened the door and walked in it felt like we were at home, not away in a rental property. The hosts have put so much effort into providing an exceptionally beautiful, warm, cozy, perfect place to live in, not just visit, and communication was immediate with zero delay. This place definitely allowed our trip to be everything it deserved to be to celebrate a UGA Graduate as a family, being in a HOME away from HOME! Thank you so much for providing this sweet and precious slice of Heaven which allowed us the opportunity to embrace our stay and the accomplishments of our UGA Graduate! GO DAWGS!

This is the most adorable, completely renovated, precious slice of comfort in Athens. I will stay here every time I go if it’s available!! Everything was perfect !

Wonderful home with top quality amenities and brand new appliances. Extremely clean and the location was outstanding. Owners were very hospitable, helpful, and responsive. We will be renting this house again in November, and in the spring.
