Amazing Bayfront New House with Large Dock and Heated Pool

NEW TO MARKET! This new construction has everything! This concrete house is waterfront with great views of Bonefish Bay. The 70 foot dock is built in 10-12 foot water. It is frequented by manatee, dolphin, and numerous mangrove snapper. The large heated pool is surrounded by Turkish marble pavers that are cool to your feet.

House has double master suites with en suite bathrooms and every necessity to make our home feel like yours.

Guest may use entire house except for locked master closets and locked pantry. Guest may use the deck box with patio cushions . The other dock boxes are for owner use and locked. The owner's small sailboat and motorboats are not to be used or to be boarded. Parking is limited but it will provide space for four large vehicles. A small trailer may fit, but all large trailers need to stay with one of our partnering companies. There will be a small fee for this and we suggest inquiring before booking. We are leasing a large lot in the near future but this is not available yet. This should be completed in 1-2 months.

7 night minimum. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
Dock will accommodate boats up to 40 feet.

This home is in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood and this is not a party house. We want you to have a wonderful time, but we do not tolerate any loud noise and other code violations. Violations will be immediately addressed and you may be asked by the sheriff to leave at anytime, 24/7, per city code. Owner also owns the neighboring property. Guest must return list of adult guest names, vehicle and boat descriptions with license numbers prior to receiving entry into house per city rental regulations. We are unable to negotiate this detail.

Perfect family vacation

The house was perfect for our 3 families. The living room space is very spacious. Great location on the end of the canal with gorgeous views. We saw manatees and dolphins off the dock. The pool was great!! And lots of space underneath the house. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Only downsides:Not a whole lot of storage space in the kitchen, the driveway is a little tough getting in and out of with a trailer. And the neighboring house is re-doing their dock so there was loud construction outside during the day all week we were there. Overall a great rental property. We would definitely return.

Great family vacation

If you’re looking for a wonderful family vacation - I highly recommend checking this spot out. We brought our boat and docked easily, be sure to bring your own fish cleaning station (they do have an outdoor freezer for your fresh catch). Awesome sandbars and snorkeling spots nearby as well as the grocery store. Large living room space for hanging out and the pool was great after being out on the boat. Be sure to check out the route to the nearby public ramp. 10/10

Lovely views and great location

The home is in a perfect spot in Marathon, centrally located to everything. It’s in a nice, up and coming neighborhood where you can walk down to a small beach. The sweeping views of the bay were a joy to wake up to each morning and enjoy coffee on the deck. The property is very clean, which is always one of my top priorities. The bed linens were comfortable and the home is well stocked with everything you need for a long stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Paradise with a view

From start to finish we had such a remarkable experience. The property was perfect for a family vacation of 9 including 2 babies. Its clean, spacious, completely stocked with everything you need. They even had little shampoos, soap, makeup wipes, etc. You can tell they really try to think of everything to make your stay relaxing amd enjoyable. Being able to keep our 25 ft boat on the dock and be able to offshore fish in 15 min was incredible. Along with the kayaks and paddleboards they provide made the trip even better. The pool, and outside area in general is so peaceful, and beautifully put together. Sitting on the balcony every morning drinking coffee, watching the sun come up over the water was surreal. We wanted for nothing and felt truly as though we were at home. The memories made are irreplaceable. Although we live in florida and on the east coast, we do like trips to the keys and we will definitely be back to this beautiful home

Great House, Great location!

Our family (8 adults) had a great stay at this wonderful house. It is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The family room space is big enough and the table will comfortably seat 8. Views from the kitchen window are lovely. It is also very peaceful and quiet. Pool area is lovely. Dock is nice, bait freezer very convenient. Plenty of room under the house to store fishing/ snorkeling equipment.

Best place ever ☀️

My family and I just stayed at the beautiful bay-front home, and it was truly an incredible experience. The home exceeded all expectations, and I can't express enough how wonderful our time there was. From the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail to all the amenities that were enjoyed by everyone, this is a 5 star property. The owner Michael was responsive and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a big surprise to find paddle boards and kayaks for guest to use. We can't wait to return to and create more beautiful memories.
