1st Level of the Home:

When you first walk inside the home, you are greeted by a spacious and inviting open-concept floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Prepare your meals in the large, fully-stocked kitchen with ample counter space, and a generous island with bar seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area to accommodate family and guests for meals.

The living room, designed for relaxation and entertainment, includes cozy leather seating arrangements and a large smart TV with cable TV. French doors in the living room provide access to the back porch and pool deck, offering a perfect indoor-outdoor living experience.

A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on this floor, providing easy access for guests and residents. Additionally, there is a large bonus bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, a large TV, and a desk workstation to work comfortably in paradise. Through this bedroom, you will find one of the two laundry rooms, complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

On the second floor of the home, you will find two comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, along with two bathrooms.

The first bedroom features a queen bed, a smart TV for entertainment, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom is designed with a tub-style shower, providing a relaxing space for a soak after a day of activities.

The second bedroom is perfect for guests or children, offering two twin beds and a smart TV.

The second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway outside of these two bedrooms

3rd Level of the Home:

The third floor of the home is dedicated entirely to the luxurious primary suite, designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. As you enter this expansive suite, you are greeted by a spacious bedroom featuring a king-size bed, complemented by a large smart TV for entertainment. A leather sofa provides a comfortable seating area within the suite, perfect for relaxing or reading.

One of the standout features of this suite is the large walk-in closet, which includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. This ensures you have everything you need right at your fingertips without having to leave the comfort of your suite.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
