Condo 15E en High Pointe Beach Resort es un lugar especial.  ¡Es realmente un "hogar lejos del hogar"!  Se han agregado toques personales que incluyen juegos de mesa orientados a la familia, así como algunas películas para que disfrutes en la sala de estar o en la habitación. 

El condominio está ubicado a una corta distancia a pie de algunos de los muchos restaurantes de Seacrest & Rosemary, tanto para familias como para la venta.  ¡A solo unos pasos al otro lado de la calle está el Pabellón de Peddler!

15E en High Pointe Beach Resort es un condominio frente al golfo junto al impresionante restaurante de la propiedad, Crabby Steve's, con vista a la playa.  Esta unidad de la planta baja con muebles de patio tiene una vista fabulosa del golfo desde el dormitorio principal, el patio y la sala de estar.

Duerme fácilmente 6, con una cama king en el maestro y 2 queen amuebladas en la habitación de invitados.  Recientemente ha sido redecorado, tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una bonita mesa de comedor que se sienta fácilmente 6.  Esperamos que aproveche la oportunidad de disfrutar de esta hermosa suite y crear recuerdos especiales para usted y su familia. 

Hay un suministro completo de vajilla, utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, cristalería y una lavadora y secadora.
 
No hay pasos a seguir para utilizar esta unidad de planta baja. Impresionantes vistas del golfo desde el patio y el dormitorio principal. The room had an odor, like a wet stinch smell. It’s an older condo. Location is great; view not that great as one is mostly looking at the weeds.

Great Stay

This place was fantastic. There is no way to stay any closer to the Ocean. 200 feet from Crabby Steve’s as well. We had a blast!

Perfect location on 30A with best views

This was our second stay at High Pointe, first time in this unit. You can watch the sunrise from the master bed. When the wind is chilly, you can enjoy the sunshine and gulf views on the patio. Wouldn’t stay at any other location. This unit is nice and very clean, bed very comfortable.

Wedding proposal

I planned a long weekend to propose to my girlfriend. This condo was perfect! I proposed just outside of the back patio. It was a beautiful setting. The location of the condo is perfect. We never really had to get in our car the whole weekend. Can't wait to get back!

Views and sounds of ocean

The process was seamless. It was as advertised Lots of staff around. Very secure property. Wish the beach chairs and umbrellas weren’t so expensive to rent. Pool was inaccessible the last two days. Not sure why??? Bikes were great!

Family vacation

Location was prime. 15e unit is dated(living room tv did not even have USB port for plugging in kids game consoles)Master shower had mold(light fixture in it had ceiling peeling off), master sink did not drain well, one toilet overflowed upon first flush upon arrival. Unit above began leaking into kitchen area last night we were there. Would recommend complex just a more updated unit.

Extremely outdated!

This property needs a complete remodel with updated furnishings! If this unit didn’t have the wonderful beachfront location with gorgeous view, it would be undesirable. Shower curtain very stained needs replacing, mismatched wine glassesHigh Pointe resort has a wonderful location and the on-site restaurant is great! Checkin was horrible when we were notified by text that the patio furniture had been moved into the master bedroom for painting. Finally, worked it out but it certainly started out our trip in a bad way! Beware this unit is only as good as the patio view.

Stayed during Thanksgiving 2018...When we arrived the refrigerator wasn't working. We had just bought groceries... Informed Will and he said to let him know the next day if it was still not working. The next day it still was blowing warm air. He sent a technician over and he confirmed it was not working. A new refrigerator was delivered that afternoon. Yes, I'm thankful that Will was able to get a new one delivered but the paperwork says that before every stay an inspection would take place. I would have thought the broken refrigerator would have been noticed if there really was an inspection before we got there. The furniture was different than the picture. The living room now has black couches. The glass that lays in the sofa table was missing .Will told me that the previous renters had broken it. The location is wonderful! We loved being so close to the stores and restaurants. We could bike or walk everywhere. It was nice being so close to the beach. When we go back I would stay in another condo on a higher level so I could see the beach better. Will did text me and ask me if I needed anything to cook Thanksgiving dinner, and he brought me a pie plate which I needed.

Overall good rental

Few hiccups but overall good. Listed a golf cart was included but was not. This unit was not as stocked as others we have stayed. Includes bikes but no beach chairs. Was not as clean behind and under furniture. It has raised thresholds at doorways and we were always stubbing toes. Needs updated and renovations.

We loved our stay at this location! Perfect view and comfortable space. The property manager was great to work with! They took great care of our group and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure that we had the perfect weekend.

High Pointe

Great location as always. Description was accurate. Cleaning services overlooked sweeping under tables and beds. Found sock under master bed, but that’s not owner’s fault. Appliances are worked great and ample towels.

Location is excellent!

We spent Thanksgiving here and had a great week. You can not beat the location to the beach, pools, restaurants and other amenities. The condo is a little dated - some of the outlets/switches don’t work, area rugs and mats were horribly stained and cabinets could be cleaned out and better organized. Check-in was a breeze and we had everything we needed for the week. Overall, it was an amazing vacation and would stay at High Pointe again in the future.

Great Location!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was a perfect location for a birthday getaway for my husband and myself. The condo is on the bottom floor, so you do have a view of the ocean; however, it is obstructed by bushes and tall grass. Don’t let this deter you away from this property because you will literally spend all your time on the beach, which is a few steps away from this location. Also the complimentary bikes are a bonus!

Nice place, very convenient

Property is very convenient to Rosemary restaurants and shops and the pool is fantastic. We did have an issue with the door handle on the guest bedroom falling off (I think it just needs a screw) and there are a number of outlets that do not work in the unit. I would recommend the owners fix those two small things but overall great place to stay! We enjoyed our trip.

Loved our stay !!!

We absolutely loved our stay at High Pointe. It was the perfect location in Seacrest Beach and was all that my family needed. Being on the first floor was convenient. It probably would have been nice to see the sand but being able to look at the water from the kitchen was awesome. And the dune vegetation helped to shield some of the beach noise - but not enough to not be able to hear the surf in the mornings. Everything else was as described and made for a great stay. We highly recommend 15E High Pointe.

Property overall appeal was nice. Would have helped to know that the 1st floor does not have a view of the actual beach. Overall great experience.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Will was extremely helpful. The place is in a great location on the first floor, no stairs, no elevators. The parking is easy and close. It’s a gated community which is nice. The unit was very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of spiders, but that probably can’t be avoided. The washer and dryer were so useful. It’s just steps from the pool and the restaurant Crabby Steve’s, but no noise problems while in the until. Seacrest was right across the street with shopping and many food options. It was very peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you!!!
