Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has the Best Amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.

Spacious one bedroom two bath 23rd floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.

Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

A beautiful view

The property itself was clean. The room was not as clean as I had expected. We were in walking distance to local shops. I would consider this location next year when we return it is perfect for a couple and 1-2 small children

Awesome property. Location is great. Walking distance to several great restaurants. Three great pools and two hot tubs to choose from. Will be back every year.

Minor inconveniences

Overall stay was good, just little inconveniences that we had to handle. One of the things was that the water was turned off, and you would think with people coming that day they would make the calls to get that turned back on but I had to do that myself. Good view and location!

A MEASURE OF PLEASURE

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and found a relaxing and pleasurable time. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was supplied which makes your week comfortable. We are seniors and felt uncomfortable taking showers as there was not any handicap rails to support yourself with. Also the cushions on the deck need replacing as they were mildewed and a dingy. This is not meant as criticism, but simply to call attention to the condition of the cushions. All in all our week measured out and we had a pleasurable week.

Labor Day vacation

The condo was great! It was clean and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The elevators were always really quick which is a must when you are in the 23rd floor. The view was spectacular!! Would definitely stay again!!

loved the condo and complex! very nice condo with plenty of space and everything you need. bed was comfortable. easy walk to the beach and nice pool area. plenty of parking in parking garage. we ended up staying an extra night and they made it very easy to book an extra night and were easy to get ahold of and talk to

Great week!

We loved this unit! It was clean and very cozy! Furnished beautifully and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Balcony furniture was perfect! We will be keeping this unit in mind for future beach trips.

Not the cleaniest

The condo itself was okay. The cleaning needs some work. The shower heads haven't been cleaned in I don't know how long. They were full of black mold, you could hardly see the silver from the black. The shower curtains were nasty! This was in both bathrooms. The bed had hair all in it. The lounger on balcony was full of mildew and the chair leg was broken. I cleaned the condo before we could ever use it. We left the condo cleaner than when we arrived.

Vacation

My husband and I took our grandchild and had other family in another room there. We loved the convenience of food and shopping. Plenty things to do on site as well. Would highly recommend.

A little getaway

Our condo was great! It was clean and well maintained! Management staff were very helpful when needed while we were there. A piece of equipment was left in the condo on accident and they found it and shipped it back to me and were so nice about it! We will be returning!

Overall it was an amazing condo.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were breathtaking and check in was easy. We enjoyed the hassle free check in!! They even came and replaced the tv remote that was damaged when we arrived. We loved the decor and it made us feel at home. Elevators here were very slow, but thats to be expected with the amount of people visiting.

Perfect Stay for our Anniversary

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our anniversary trip! It is in a great location that is within walking distance of phenomenal restaurants. It was very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view! The only problem we ran into was a leak from the master bathroom toilet. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would most definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was very nice. The condo was nicely equipped. A suggestion for the bathroom is some sort of grab bar because the are both very High to step over. A other suggestion would been addition information on parking garage and to navigate to the condo more easily. Would recommend to stay here to others. Thanks

Quick Trip

My husband had to work the area so I came along with him. The condo was clean and had more than enough space. The only negative for us is the elevator is literally right outside the door. The bedroom is on that end of the condo so you hear the elevator all night/early morning.

It was great

Only thing i didn't like was we jad maintenance in and out for 2 days working on a water line for washer. I feel like that could have been prevented and our water kept shutting off. Other than that it was perfect!
