plenty quaint to host small gatherings or for
a couple's getaway or a game. Without
feeling far from town this 2-acre property
backs up to the KSU horse pastures and
less than a mile from the KSU stadium
where on game days you can hear the fans
roar.
This 2-story, 3 bed, 2-1/2 bath has a 3-season porch and deck, and garage
access. (basement level might be rented out)

This was the perfect property for our family during graduation! We had plenty of big space for gathering and there are other smaller areas for just quiet time! The house is beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and user friendly. We stayed during December so did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but there is a wonderful enclosed porch and huge yard! The host was so quick to respond to questions and even allowed early check-in. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at North Arrow for our first Parents Weekend with our daughter at K-State. We are from 6 hours away and so I was looking for a place to be able to spend relaxed time together, away from the flurry of activity. North arrow was a great space for our family to hang out and visit. The kitchen was well furnished so we were able to eat at the house. The comfortable living room let us have a good space to spend down time together watching football. The beds were comfortable and our daughter enjoyed having a couple nights in a “real bed” after the last 6 weeks in a dorm loft. There were two beautiful full bathrooms that gave our family of 5 plenty of space to get ready without hustling through a single hotel bathroom. All in all a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful and Relaxing

What a great house for our stay in Manhattan! It was great to relax out on the deck and enjoy the quietness. The kitchen felt like home with so many dishes for cooking and eating our meals. Very clean.

We loved our stay at Kathy‘s Manhattan, property. The home is spacious and very accommodating for four adults. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely love to stay there on our next trip to Manhattan,. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys in the backyard.

Unexpected Insurance Claim

I was surprised upon arriving to find that there was a renter living in the basement. I’m sure that was my fault for not reading everything carefully, but it was not fun feeling like we had to be quiet and someone could pop up from the basement at any point. When booking, we were bummed to HAVE to purchase insurance. We went for it, opting out of the other option which was an insanely high refundable deposit. Nothing of note happened during our stay. Everything worked well and we enjoyed our time. Then, a couple days later, I received an e-mail saying Kathy had filed an insurance claim for 900 claiming there was sewage backup after our visit. I was really annoyed imagining if we had chosen to go for the refundable option and had to pay for a plumbing issue we had no part in.

Plenty of room.

This home had plenty of room and was well appointed. There were 4 adults staying here with no issues on space or facilities. The home was decorated well also. It felt cozy and comfortable. The only negative thing i can say is we didnt know there was a tenant in the basement. That info would have been appreciated during the booking process.have been appreciated

Manhattan getaway

We love this place. We will look here first any time we come to Manhattan. Great communication, clean, close to all the things in town but you feel like you’re in a private country cabin, the hosts have a few really nice touches to make things cozy and extra comfortable.

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved staying here for a 3 nights! Plenty of space and the house was stocked with anything you could need. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. We truly appreciate that they allowed dogs. It’s hard to find places that allow that and especially one so animal friendly. The property was beautiful and a nice quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future.

This was a great stay, a fantastic location, and a great house. Our family ages birth to six had a wonderful time. The house is spacious maintained and guest friendly. I would highly recommend to any family.

Perfect for our visit to Manhattan

My husband, parents, and I visited my son (student at KSU) and this property provided all the amenities necessary for our visit. The location was perfect with only being four minutes from my son's apartment. Loved many of the offerings the property offered including complimentary tea varieties, condiments, and local coffee.

very comfortable for large group.

This felt like home. We had a group of five adults visiting family in Manahattan that live in a retirement home. We had plenty of room for everyone and even had the family over for dinner and had everything we needed. Will be back in Manhattan to see family on a regular basis and will rent this home again.

Absolutely Delightful

This home exceeded our expectations when we stayed for a long weekend. Warm & comfortable it offered us everything we needed for our visit in Manhattan. The owner was super to communicate with. The house was very clean and had thoughtful touches throughout. The beds were comfortable, and the shower in the master suite was perfect. The home is in a quiet neighborhood on a large lot; we saw deer out in the yard one of the mornings. We look forward to booking this home for our future visits to K State.
