Las vistas del lago Winter y Spring son las mejores. Ya sea que venga al área de Manhattan para pasar el tiempo de compras, asistiendo a KSU o Ft. ¡Las funciones de Riley, o visitando a la familia aquí, retroceden en el tiempo hasta nuestra cabaña Oak Shores! Es el lugar ideal para relajarse, con una hermosa sala familiar con vista al lago con estufa de leña, 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, sala de reunión de nivel inferior, tres pantallas grandes y tres acogedoras chimeneas para reunirse frente a la casa. Disfrute del aire libre en nuestro porche delantero cubierto con cómodas y cómodas sillas, otomanas y columpios, dos hamacas bajo grandes árboles de sombra y una amplia terraza posterior con sillas cómodas, mesas, fogones y parrillas. Nuestra ubicación está en calles pavimentadas, a solo unos minutos del centro de la ciudad y de los restaurantes y tiendas de Aggieville, y de las actividades de KSU. Disfrute de la cubierta y los terrenos con tantos tipos de aves, colibríes y vida silvestre, o pruebe la meta del baloncesto, el voleibol y el croquet.

Peaceful property!

The property owner is very good about staying in touch! The house was cozy with a beautiful lake view, comfortable master bed, and everything we needed. The location was quiet, but also close to everything in town. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing and beautiful

This place was great- loved the relaxing deck in the mornings with coffee and wine in the evenings. Lots of nature and very quiet. The sunroom was fabulous. Location was easy to find with great access. Never turned on the tv or stereo- just lots of great conversations and creativity.

Lovely home and beautiful lake view!

We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cottage! It is hardly a cottage but a beautiful vacation home. Our stay in Manhattan is always great but staying at this property made the weekend all that much better. My married children and grandson were with us and we had so much space. The lake view, location to KSU football stadium, and Jan's lovely decor couldn't have been better. We will stay there as often as it's available for our Manhattan stay.

Weekend Getaway

Jan was a pleasure to work with, great communication! Wonderful home, beautiful location, everything we hoped it would be and more! Weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t get to use the outdoor space much, hope to make it back and enjoy the deck/view/firepit/grill etc more next time. If you’re in the neighborhood I highly recommend you grab this gem, you won’t regret it!

Family Weekend @ KSU

Easy drive to K-State campus. Quiet get away, close to the marina with pretty views off deck at sunrise & sunset. Like a comfortable visit to grandma's place, full of knicknacks from the owners' own story. Plenty of room on two floors. Nice upgrades to basement gathering space. Good communication.

We really enjoyed our stay! The lake room has a beautiful view along with the deck. We spent most of our time in these two spots. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our trip!

Great location

This was a quiet and comfortable house. We were here a week with 100 degree days and the house was always cool. Close to get around to the lake, shopping, winery and sightseeing. Jan was very helpful and attentive when needed..

Restful stay!

House is in a very quiet residential area. It has a gorgeous view of the lake, on the west side not far from the dam and only a couple of miles from Manhattan. Sunsets and sunrises are usually spectacular. The house is equipped with any amenity you would want. It is decorated so nicely and has a homey feel. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. Definitely a place we would return to again. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful house and great view

The house is well maintained and comfortable. We cooked dinner on the grill and watched the hummingbird birds fly around the deck. The kitchen has everything you will need and close to Manhattan.
