This condo is located about 2.5 to 3 miles north of the Queen Isabella Causeway that is more intimate and less crowded with still
Many things to do for children and adults. Located on the first floor, there are but 2 steps to navigate. The kitchen is well appointment for cooking the unit overlooks beautiful garden and Jacuzzi. You will love the cozy, beach feel!

Intimate condo for couple, Winter Texans or small family. Close to 2 beach access’s, shops, restaurants, Turtle Rescue, Birding Center and the popular Claytons!

Great Location & The Hot Tub Made It Even Better

Overall we had a pleasant experience. Loved how close it was to the beach. The only complaints we had were regarding the cleanliness. The linens and dishes seemed to have been been overlooked. The property managers I spoke with on site were also pretty rude. The owner was quick with communication to answer all of our questions. Overall we had a good time!

Very Nice Condo

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and close to the beach (half a block)! It had pretty granite countertops and fairly new appliances in the kitchen and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep! The towels in the bathroom looked brand new and shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided. The only thing I would suggest adding is a box of tissues, because many of us have allergies! The garden of the condo was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were nice. Overall, this condo was great and we recommend it!

Anniversary Getaway

This cozy place had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary getaway. Quiet complex. Our condo was clean and the grounds of the complex are well kept. Everything about this place was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo and neighborhood

Although the photos are outdated (there's now new paint, window coverings, furnishings, etc.) this is a very nice unit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We followed the driving directions provided by the owner, and had no trouble finding the place. The unit opens onto a beautiful garden area with a hot tub just outside the door, and the gorgeous pool is just a few steps down the sidewalk. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, yet close to shopping and restaurants, and the beach is only a block or so away. We really appreciated all the little extras that we haven't had in other condos we have rented. Beach towels, toiletries, salt & pepper, olive oil, dish soap and even dishwasher tablets, grill, cooler, etc. were all provided. The thing we appreciated the most was actually the towel drying rack we found in the closet. We set this up near the bathroom door and it came in very handy for bath and beach towels. Don't hesitate to rent this place. We really enjoyed it.

Nice place

This is a small one-bedroom condo in an older but well-maintained property. The unit has everything that's needed. The small complex is quiet. Overall, a good choice if you are looking for a quiet spot to stay.

Very quietand relaxing place

There are several fans that need to have their metal pull cords fixed. Also the TV in the bedroom does not work with the clickers ! I would stay at the is property again. There are many places at SPI that I would not return to but this one I would !

Will definitely return

It was everything that was expected. very close to the beach, clean, really quiet night. Check-in was easy. Directions were very detailed. Beach access was less than a half a block away. Only about 8 parking spots at that access. All I did was wake up early park my truck over there with all the stuff I needed for the beach and then walk back to the condo. Then when we were ready to go it was there. inside tip for my experience.. will definitely return again

Home away from home.

This condo was much nicer than the pictures showed, looked like it had been renovated. It had a gas grill, cooler and so many items we could use like spices oil and Foil, these are just a few things I listed. The only thing we brought that we used were lawn chairs and a canopy. Next time I know to just take a swim suit and one change of clothes, the washer and dryer were very useful due to the sand. Not to mention an outside shower to rinse off before going inside your car or condo. It felt so homie, my family wants to make it a tradition. Thanks for making our vacation memorable! Great location and facility . Very well maintained facility , and apartment . Shower next to garage to wash off sand is very beneficial , Fully supplied with everything needed. Suggestions - since available to people with kids and pets - imagine going on a vacation with both ,and any instruction will make things easier and without assumption , Tell guests Extra set of keys fit the door and to the pool. Tell guests to Turn on Cable box then TV Get rid of the spider mites in the kitchen bar area. Tell the guests to clean out the filter in the drier for better drying . Leave bottle of windex under sink , good general cleaner and sanitizer due to ammonia , Consider just supplying Ivory soap which is simple soap gives better lather and less expensive , Organic soap/shampoo did not lather well and did not give a great smell - just unnecessary bells and whistles . Consider repair of dead bolt on front door so that it turns fully. Consider making garage available to guests to park and charge alittle more. Otherwise , would recommend to family and friends. Just some suggestions , not criticisms , to help increase your market share of guests .

Great vacay

Our place at Surfside 1 was wonderful. Our condo was so neat and clean. Beautiful and right next to the beach. Yvonne called us when we arrived because it was dark and I had trouble finding the key . She called me and walked me through it . Very nice ! Lovely condo and had a lovely time there . The condo had wonderful kitchen utensils so we didn’t have to eat out all the time and the cable was awesome!!!! Highly recommend surfside 1 condo with Yvonne .

Great apartment- clean and had everything we needed, very reasonably priced. Great location-5 min walk to the beach. There was even a hose outside that we could use to get the sand off our shoes and feet before we entered. We all had a great time!!

The condo was very clean and had cute furnishings! The only problem I had was that the instructions in the email to check in were non-existant, but I got a hold of the property owner and got talked through getting in. She was very nice and helpful, loved my stay here!!!

Perfect beach vacation for 3

Loved everything about Yvonne’s place. My girls and I had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for us. The bed was just what this mom needed after a day of hauling beach toys. The beach was a block away (#22) with an easy ramp for our wagon. The pool was spectacular, nestled in a garden of hibiscus. We were able to cook breakfast and prepare our lunches in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the in-condo laundry and were able to refresh our swimsuits and clothes during our stay. The girls also enjoyed the jenga and checkers games. I’ve already pegged Yvonne’s place for our stay next summer.

Pleasingly pleasant place

Great location for a stay in South Padre Island. The rooms were clean, with all the amenities you'd expect, and more. We stayed a week and wished we could remain longer. There's a good chance we'll stay here again next time we visit. I have two minor complains, both easily addressed: the listing had the wrong address (112 instead of 115), and the property needs some simple maintenance (a fan was noisy, the cable didn't work well, and a vent was falling off).

Great Stay!

Very nicely furnished, current pics don't do it justice! The condo was spotless. The grounds are very well maintained. Pet friendly for our little guys. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great rental, very comfortable and perfect for a getaway. Only things that need to be updated is a few more pans for baking and the celling fan in the bedroom is very nosy(needs to be replaced or repaired) other then that we really enjoyed our time here.
