Welcome to our cozy home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in sunny Jacksonville, Florida!
This 1,547-square-foot home is perfect for family vacations, friendly gatherings, or peaceful retreats.

What to Expect:
Spacious Living Room:
Comfortable sofas, a large TV with streaming services, and vibrant accents create a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Prepare homemade meals or explore local ingredients in the kitchen, complete with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary cookware. A dining area for the whole group is conveniently located nearby.

Comfortable Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: A spacious King-size bed and a private bathroom.
Second Bedroom: A Queen-size bed.
Third Bedroom: A bunk bed (Full on the bottom, Twin on top) and an additional Twin bed, perfect for children or friends. Each room is equipped with a TV.
Relaxing Outdoor Space:
The backyard features a cozy patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The highlight is our pool.

Convenient Stay

My husband and I came into town for The Players Championship tournament. This location was perfect for us, close to many golf courses, a shopping center and the highway. The property was very clean and well kept. The patio furniture and area was recently upgraded and in very nice condition. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and the beds were very comfy.

Quiet, cozy, relaxing

Great little house, had everything I needed. Relaxing pool-side was amazing! My only suggestion is to have outdoor furniture other than 2 chairs by the pool. The weather was gorgeous and I would have liked to sit outside and work.

Wonderful property

We have family all around Jacksonville Southside, Nocatee, Mandarin, and Clay county. This location was perfect to see everyone. The property is well stocked with everything we needed. Pool was super cute and a favorite for my kids. Would definitely stay there again!

End of summer vacation

I travelled to Jacksonville to meet my two sons who live in Georgia and Florida. It was my youngest son's birthday. The house is wonderful! I liked how the kitchen looked out over the living room so while you are cooking, you can still interact with the family. The pool was great to have as the days were hot and the swim was delicious! Came in town to take the boys to the Jags but the loss was disappointing so we all came back to the house for some BBQ and swimming!

Not a bad stay

The house was nice but the advertised heated pool heater was not working and was a huge disappointment. The patio furniture was in such disarray it wasn’t useable. The pictures online were not totally accurate. The inside was good but the outside was not what was advertised. Ask questions before renting

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very comfortable and clean. The back yard was beautiful with an amazing pool. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The only problem we had was the heating of the pool. It was listed as a heated pool, but when we arrived mid February the water temperature was only 63 degrees and took a few weeks to reach 80. Unfortunately the weather was very cool and didn’t help to heat the water. That is not the owners fault, they can’t do anything about the weather. I would recommend this property.
