This place was wonderful!! Host was very attentive and kind and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is great! Beds were super comfy, kitchen was stocked and it was the perfect accommodation for our weekend. Just FYI, if you are staying over a Friday and Saturday Eve….and plan to be in bed before 2am….theres a bar across the street that plays music extremely loud….if you are a light sleeper….it could be an issue for you. We called management and they filed a noise complaint, but they didn’t adjust the volume and it kept us up until they closed. Management was very apologetic, but it’s the city of Waco’s responsibility to get control of noise ordinance! Still giving a 5 star because the property itself is perfect!!!

We’re originally from Waco and traveled to see family. This condo was immaculate and really comfortable. The owners were very attentive and helpful when we had questions. The location is great with lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Girls getaway weekend!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was adorable, clean, had a beautiful view, and a wonderful bookstore and coffee shop right out front of the building. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this condo for a family wedding in town. What stood out? The condo is beautiful with a lovely view and super clean. The location is perfect with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. One thing to know: if you stay on a Friday and Saturday night and want to sleep between the hours of 10pm-2am, this may not be the place for you. Even with the earplugs and white noise fan provided in our rooms, the music from the bar below may keep you awake. The host was excellent with communication regarding this known issue calling in a noise complaint and noting that the city is in the works to "move the outside band out of downtown."

It’s a must stay!

This condo itself is absolutely amazing and don’t forget the views out the 6th story windows. Large rooms, awesome bathrooms and great restaurants within walking distance. Ps, so is the Magnolia fun.

So comfortable and convenient!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this very nicely appointed place: they thought of everything! I have never seen such a well-supplied kitchen in a rental, with all manner of cookware & dishes & glasses, plus coffee & snacks! Lots of room to spread out & walking distance to The Silos! Amazing and Fun place to stay while visiting WACO!!!

We did a mom/daughter trip for the weekend. Amazing location. Beautiful view of downtown Waco. Fabulous loft condo with everything you need for a fantastic visit. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. We will be back for sure! Thank you for letting us stay at your gorgeous space in Waco.

Overall great stay!

We had a great stay! The condo had a great feel and very comfortable. Perfect size for our family. We loved that it was downtown and close to all the sites we wanted to see. The only reason I did 4 stars for location is because it was right next to a bar that was pretty loud till about 3am but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for us because us & our kids use sound machines. They did provide ear plugs so you can tell they were considerate of the guests staying there. Overall we loved it and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location Beautiful Loft Attentive & Accommodating Staff

I have made 7 trips to Waco and have stayed at some wonderful properties, this one was my favorite by far! have a son in his 3rd year at Baylor and this was conveniently located to his school and was close to the Silos and wonderful eateries. The management company addressed a couple issues right away and were most attentive and accommodating. I can’t wait to stay there again!

Behrens Loft Waco

Absolutely stunning condo! Plenty of stuff to do within walking distance including shops, Magnolia, walk along the river walk, bars and restaurants. Loved Pignetti’s Italian restaurant and Pivovar. Great vibes, food and drinks. Margaritas at Hecho en Waco were great. Short walk to Magnolia and little shops. Overall fantastic would surely stay here again!

Highly Recommend

This loft was the perfect place for our girl's weekend! Location was great, we were able to walk to Magnolia Silos and numerous restaurants and shopping spots! The loft had everything we needed along with space with 3 full baths. Very clean, easy check-in and safe area! The music from the bars is a bit loud at night but honestly didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

Magnolia Weekend

The stay in this condo exceeded our expectations. The location was the deciding factor as my niece planned a weekend “all Magnolia” including the Silos. Location did not disappoint. The condo is spacious and exactly as presented. We enjoyed our stay and have already made a referral recommendation!
