LIVING ROOM: The living and dining rooms are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room area has a very comfortable sofa for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze, This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. The dining room glass table can fit up to 4 people comfortably.
KITCHEN: The bright open kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner and silverware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. The kitchen also in house the private washer and dryer.
ACCOMODATIONS- BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a king size bed, smart TV, twin nightstands, dresser., walk-in closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.

There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis and basketball court. AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no washcloth) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. CVS is close by.
LOCATION: The major tourist area of Puerto Rico is Isla Verde. Adjacent to the international airport, Isla Verde is home to some of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico. A number of these hotels offer both upscale casinos and a wide variety of internationally known restaurants that run the gamut from steak houses to Sushi to gourmet cuisine. There is always something going on at the Isla Verde Beach. Here you find every sort of beach toy and facility imaginable. Windsurfing, parasailing, kayaks – whatever you can think of along with beach-side restaurants, bars and entertainment. Just off the beach you will find small shopping centers, lots of fast-food eateries, car rentals, tour offices and most other tourist services. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers.
