We are in Isla Verde (San Juan`s nicest beach), walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than $1. Our area is very lively. No need to rent a car.

Fully remodeled 1 bedroom w/ king bed, full sofa bed, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security. You will absolutely love.

Large parties: We manage other apartment in the same building also listed on Airbnb. Click on my picture (next to where it says `hosted by Beatrice` to find them.

Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.

Apartment has a keyless entry. We provide a code which will allow you to open the door. Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.

Property is located in the heart of Isla Verde which just won Best Urban Beach in the World, award given by USA Today. Condo is walking distance to over 30 restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, markets and casino.

GETTING AROUND:
• No need to rent a car
• Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night)
• Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building ~ 0.75 ¢ each way or $9 Uber
• 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise ~ $12 per cab or $8 Uber
• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street. Also, an Enterprise Car rental walking distance.




All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

We were looking for a great place on the beach with an amazing view and a place to cook some meals and we got just what we wanted. Great communication with the host and easy check in and check out process as well. Oh and the bed was comfy too.

Gorgeous unobstructed view of the beach! Only steps away from the ocean. Great location near shops and restaurants (within walking distance). Condo was well appointed but is showing some signs of wear (bedroom ceiling possible water damage, nails in the wall). The lobby of the building has been recently remodeled but the corridors are definitely in need of attention. Communication with the host was always A. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was beautiful and conveniently located in Isla Verde, just a couple of minutes from the airport. The apartment its really clean and the views are just stunning. The beach it's a few steps from the building and also have a pool. Right across the street you will find a lot of business and restaurants. recommended.

The ocean view is stunning. There was excellent communication with the host. Marbella is a friendly community within walking distance to many restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, and Super Max grocery.

This condo was very clean and the views are amazing! Perfect location. We bought a cart for groceries. We left it behind for others to enjoy. There is 2 chairs and a cooler as well as beach towels there that we were able to use so that was nice to have. Casino, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

Perfect for our needs

Excellent communication with host. Every question answered within an hour. Complete, detailed, and easy instructions to get into/onto property. Condo was clean and provided everything we needed. Great location. We were first-time vacationers to Puerto Rico and was the perfect home base for us to explore the island. Beautiful view of the ocean. Birthday Vacation Trip

The condo itself is decent but overall the building and condo could use some updating. If you want a luxurious, upscale resort feeling - this is definitely not the place! If you can overlook a lot of nuances, smells, noises and inconveniences great location and very fair price look no furtherThere is a lot to do right in the area but some of the local business can get sketchy at night. Be aware of your surroundings and youll be fine.

Our PR Anniversary Spot

This was our second time visiting San Juan. We came to celebrate our 26th Anniversary. We enjoy this particular condo which is in the perfect location Just as advertised, right on the beach front. Just the right size for us...no kids this time...The condo was nice and clean. Everything you needed to kick off your stay was available. Communication with the host Beatrice was on point. Any issues that came up Was handled swiftly. We appreciate that. I feel She went above and beyond to make sure you had all the information you need to have a comfortable stay..The beach chairs and cooler was a big plus for me as well as the washer and dryer..A+😁

Beautiful place to stay

This property is exact as advertised. Right on the beach and the sound of the ocean was what we wanted. We arrived on a Saturday with no issues getting into the property or up to our apartment. The place had everything we needed and we walked down the street to Walgreens and the supermarket to get food and other Everything is within walking distance - We felt the area was safe. Every morning we would walk 3 miles on the beach and I would then jog 3-4 miles in the street around the neighborhood. This is a great place to stay. Very close to everything - Old San Juan - Condado - restaurants - bars - shopping. We did rent a vehicle a few days in so we could drive around Puerto Rico and go to the rain forest. Well worth the money spent on the rental. We also Uber to Old San Juan and to Condado. Word of advice, book your reservations for kayaking, ziplining, etc. prior to going to PR - much easier to get to do the things you want. All in all, we are headed back to PR soon because we loved it and I will be more than happy to book the same apartment. We never did turn on the AC and we kept the windows open to hear the sound of the ocean every night. Puerto Rico is beautiful and the people we met were wonderful and very helpful. We had to learn the island lifestyle and to be patient.

Beautiful apartment & building

The apartment is tastefully, beautifully decorated; photos don’t do it justice. Immaculately clean. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with supplies. Gorgeous view! Building staff very helpful and friendly. Wonderful experience all around. Loved it!

Lovely apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay! Host always got back to me and resolved any issue. It was time-consuming using the app to communicate, so she eventually reached out via text which was much easier. The building was amazing- doorman was very helpful and it was fantastic having the parking spot. The apartment was great- clean and quiet. Having the extra ac unit in the bedroom was a nice touch. We would definitely book again!

Amazing Ocean view with breeze

The property was as it was shown in the pictures. The A/C doesn’t go lower than 75F and there are some issues with the water heater. The bed were comfortable and the apartment overall was spacious and the ocean breeze was incredible and the view spectacular. Thank you!

So close to the beach!

Great location to the beach and lots of close stores for anything you need! Home was great! Although when we arrived the heater was turned on to 78 degrees and took a whole 2 days to fully cool down. Also there were no cutting knives. Loved having a window AC unit in the room! And a bonus was having a washer and dryer! Overall a super great place for a couple! Also, a huge plus was the 30+ page of recommendations! We always pulled it out and decided where we wanted to try!
