Courtyard Access:
Guests have shared access to a newly updated, fenced-in courtyard located at the back of the property. Complete with comfy seating and yard games, it’s a great spot to enjoy some fresh air, a morning cup of coffee, or a relaxed evening under the stars.

Entrances & Parking:
Guests can enter through either the front or back of the building. The front entrance includes a stairway leading up to the unit.
Street parking is available on the side street next to the building. Please note: there is no private off-street parking for this unit.

The property was well kept and perfectly located for restaurants in walking distance. Although it was street parking only we had no issues always finding a spot within 100 ft of the courtyard entry. The patio area was great for morning coffee. There are 2 tables with sun umbrellas but some shade at the deck patio would have made it perfect.

Great place and location

The property was very clean and was even bigger than I thought it was. The beds were very comfortable. It was also located in a spot that was very close to both downtown and the plaza. There was a plenty of food options nearby in Westport as well. Would definitely stay again when we travel back to KC

We were happy to arrive and see the accommodations were just as they were in the photos. The furnishing were very nice and comfortable. The location was great for walking to restaurants in the area and to just grab a quick bite in the morning. The nearby donut shop was great!

We really enjoyed our trip. The house was very nice and very comfy. The beds were really good which is hard to find. The only thing that was irritating was the bathroom door. It was extremely noisy and doesnt latch well. Once we navigated that we were good to go. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to KC! The host was very prompt at returning messages as well.

Great place to stay for our family.

This apartment is on the second story which I only knew due to other reviews. However, the place was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in December so we didn't explore the neighborhood. Parking was not an issue for us and we ended up driving my husband's F-250 which is not exactly small. Donut-ology had great donuts and it was within walking distance. Every place we wanted to visit was a short drive. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Sister trip

My sister and I stayed on a fun get away. We didn't know about the amount of steps to get up to the entrance. If I had been older it could have been an issue. However. We did just fine. It was beautifully done. Everything had been updated and renovated. We felt secure and safe in the city with their being a locked gate. It was centrally located and easy to get to all of our fun adventures.

Wonderful Stay

The space is clean, stylish, and comfortable. There were more restaurants, bars, shops, and dispensaries within walking distance than we had time to explore. The potpie place across the street looks amazing, and has much more than potpies! One morning we walked to Donutology for custom, warm donuts. Big thanks for including coffee basics in the kitchen, including plain creamer! There are blackout curtains, making for a proper sleep-in. If you're not used to city life you might be thrown by the noise of an occasional wanderer outside, but when this happened it didn't last long and never disrupted sleep. We felt perfectly safe walking around. There's an Aveda salon directly below, which was handy since I needed shampoo. Parking was free and an absolute breeze. We were sorry we had to leave so soon, and would happily return.
