Located in Santa Rosa Beach, Gulf Place Cabanas 205 is a great spot for a romantic getaway or family fun. This one-bedroom vacation rental can sleep up to six guests and is located across from private beach access. After a day in the sun, you'll love cooling off in the two unique swimming pools available in this enclave. The first has a lagoon vibe with lush fauna shading the pool. The other is built for entertaining with a grand patio and large bathrooms. Additional amenities here include a shuffleboard and tennis court.

Inside you'll enjoy the open living space with wide areas to entertain, a great kitchen, and a dining nook looking out a wall of sliding glass doors that let the sunshine in. The second floor includes a giant porch, perfect for chilling out. Kick back in some of the outdoor furniture, and glance out over the pools onto the gulf waters. Maybe even enjoy some drinks and dine alfresco! There is a fresh beach feel throughout, punctuated with paintings and sculptures of marine life and nautical themes. The sleeper sofa in the living room is comfy and inviting and sits across from a large TV, between two big, soft armchairs. You'll have lots of room to spread out and watch movies or plan your next beach day. Love to cook? This kitchen was made for the party chef in you. Bake a bird or sizzle up some seafood, with countertops at the ready to prep and present your masterpiece.

Making your way into the bedroom, you'll be greeted by bright beachy goodness. The room is the color of the gulf's lightest hues, and the cottage presentation vibes well with the rest of the place. In addition to the great view, you'll love the private bath, with a great tub-shower combo. There's a second half bath in the hallway next to built-in bunks for the child in all of us.

Situated in the heart of Gulf Place on Scenic 30A, this Santa Rosa Beach locale puts you near some of the town's best beach bars and eateries. They include Shelby's Beach Bar and Grill, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, the Growler Garage, the Perfect Pig, and Pizza by the Sea. It's a very walkable area with shops and a performing arts amphitheater that hosts outdoor music and festivals throughout the year. This location is equidistant from Seaside and Sandestin, just a short ride from everything around. It might just be the perfect place on 30A, but we will let you be the judge of that, so come and stay!

*Please be advised that the Gulf Place Cabana Pool and Spa will be resurfaced beginning November 10, 2025. This project is expected to take 3–4 weeks, during which time the pool deck will be closed. Guests may use the Park Pool, which will be heated to help accommodate demand during this time.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Gulf Place Caribbean and Cabana community pool is typically heated October through April.
