Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the dedicated workspace, lightning-fast WiFi, and smart TVs in every room ensure you're well-connected. Sleeping arrangements cater to various needs, including a luxurious king bed with an en suite bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen bed. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and 2 stall attached garage & driveway. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio, grill (only to be used in the driveway area due to safety reasons), community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks.

The condo was exactly what we needed for our stay. Great location, near to all the places we wanted to visit. Very accommodating to our small dogs! Definitely recommend!

Very good communications with the host. Accommodations were perfect for our family. We just had one glitch, and that was the wrong address was initially assigned to our rental and therefore we went to an already occupied condominium first. We called the VRBO number and they straightened everything out for us.

No host interaction. Condo was not too clean. When we arrived it was snowing. There were long icicles hanging from the roof and sidewalk leading to front door was slippery. There was an unopened bag of salt on the sidewalk but it was not used on the sidewalk. My granddaughter slipped on the ice and broke her phone.

No stress at all and very comfortable.

Love not having an aspect of traveling that doesn't include stress. Good location, clean and comfortable space, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely choose again if ever back in the area.

Perfect location

We stayed here during parent’s weekend for GVSU and the location was great! The condo was so clean and even smelled great. We also had access to the garage which we loved not having to park out in the open. Check in and check out very easy. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property!

The property was very nice and clean. My only complaint was the water pressure was very low and it made it difficult to even rinse the soap out of your hair. Every thing else was 5 star.

Some disappointments

1. Not enough seating inTV room for 4 adults. Definitely need another comfortable chair; only one orange chair; not two as shown in picture 2. Spare bedroom mattress was hard like a brick 3. Need second hairdryer 4. Ice maker didn’t work 5.Confusing check out instructions concerning trash Was clean, safe area, good location for visiting Holland, Saugatuck and Grand Rapids

Very clean and comfortable.

Quiet area. Small neighborhood of one story condos- probably many of them are rentals. Clean. Bed comfortable. One bedroom with attached bathroom. One bedroom with bathroom in the hall. Washer and dryer in that bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, no sugar, coffee filters. Someone left coffee behind. Attached garage was great. The unit we stayed in did not look like the photo. The kitchen was located behind the sofa. Open to the living room. Furniture was almost the same. No orange chairs but instead one single chair. Would be nice to have a second one. Biggest complaint- the “final price” on the vrbo website was about $50 less than I was charged. Vrbo charges were separate from the management company charges. Both companies said they charged the right amount. I’ve spent 5+ hours trying to get my credit card refunded. Bottom line- the condo was great, watch your credit card charges
