¡Casa adosada de 4 dormitorios / 3 baños frente al golfo! Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora, garaje. 2 balcones con vista directa al Golfo de México. El dormitorio principal tiene cama queen; Segundo dormitorio tiene cama queen; 3er dormitorio tiene 2 camas matrimoniales; 4to dormitorio tiene un conjunto de gemelos; duerme 10. La sala de estar consta de la sala de estar, la cocina y un dormitorio con una cama queen que tiene acceso a través del dormitorio y también el pasillo al baño del primer piso que tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. Arriba tiene tres dormitorios y una sala de televisión. Las habitaciones de invitados de arriba tienen un par de camas gemelas en una y un par de camas matrimoniales en la otra. Lots of Space and Very Close to Beach

Condo was plenty space for 4 adults and 6 kids. Beach was literally steps away, no dragging everything across a parking lot and onto a beach. Great view for the Blues.

Beach Vacation 2022

Overall this was an ideal property. The location was great. Access to the beach was perfect with little ones. They could access the property without any issues. Townhouse has all the essentials in the kitchen although I always bring a griddle and waffle iron. Only had two issues, back door handle kept falling off and upstairs bathtub had drainage problems. Would definitely book this property again.

Comfortable condo on the beach

This place is comfortable and clean, and it’s right on the beach. It’s not luxurious but has everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed - nice assortment of pots and pans, appliances, and other needs. It doesn’t have a big master bedroom like some of the other condos at White Sands - this can be good or bad depending on what you’re looking for. For us it worked out well this time. The bed I slept in was comfortable. It has an elevator that goes up to all the levels. This is one of the main reasons we booked it. However, the elevator broke on our third day. They came out right away to fix it but they couldn’t and had to call an elevator company. It didn’t get fixed while we were there. They did give us some money back for this inconvenience. Luckily my 94 year old dad was staying on the first level and managed ok using the outside stairs. It was Labor Day weekend so I can understand that it would be hard to get someone out there. The carpet seems a little old but then we didn’t have to worry much about messing it up. It would be better if the floor were tile or something similar, but it was fine. And the patio umbrella was broken so we couldn’t use it - it was the end of the season so I’m sure it’s something that will be replaced before the next season. Overall, it’s a nice place. We’ve stayed here before and will probably do so again.

Two Star Motel

Not worth the money. Very out-dated. Carpet and towels had stains. Master bedroom over-looks the parking lot.Small double-size beds. There were 9 of us and one had to use the couch. Bedroom TVs are small screens that sit on dressers. The place was dirty: under the couch, under the cushions and the washer. I spent the first day trying to sanitize. The dryer vent is clogged making the dryer almost useless.

Great week but fraught with problems

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we found a leak in the ceiling of the upstairs TV room. The Property Mgmt. Co. was very concerned and sent someone the next day - 4th of July! NICE Guy named Michael. We collected 5-6 buckets of water over night. On the 4th we started to use the BBQ grill only to have it explode in a grease fire from under the grill! No one was hurt and we moved it away from the building and put out the flames. 5 July - 2 men came to DRY OUT the wet carpet from the ceiling leak. 6 July - 2 guys from the Prop. Mgmt Co. came and took the grill away around 1440 hours. We never found the Samsung remote for the main TV - oh well. The Property Mgmt Co was very nice on the phone and even provided 2 AA batteries for a different TV remote. The day before we left - the Prop. Mgmt. Co gave us a $100 gift certificate, for all our troubles. I think we were cursed. ;-)

June 2021 Beach Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The White Sands town homes are amazing. This is the 2nd unit we’ve stayed in. The space is great and the beach access is sooo convenient we couldn’t ask for better. Love the garage and the elevator that goes to all floors. Outdoor shower makes cleaning up after coming off the beach so easy. This particular unit had absolutely everything we needed plenty of soap as well as paper products. We are used to bringing everything we need but we didn’t need it in this unit. The kitchen had every pan, utensil and dish that you could want and also plenty of coffee filters. Every cabinet and drawer was labeled so you could easily find things and put them back where they belong. The unit was extremely kid friendly and while the carpet may be a bit dated it was ideal for small children and we didn’t have to worry about falls on the stairs with wet or sandy feet. The overall decor was wonderfully beach’s and bright. Will definitely choose this unit again. Thanks so much for a great week!

Everything was fine

Kitchen was well equipped, elevator worked fine and went to all floors, everything was clean. The AC was having issues when we arrived but someone quickly came and fixed it. There is no big master suite as in others we’ve stayed in at the white sands but that is sometimes better. The steps up to the apartment don’t look very good and may give you a bad impression before entering but it looks like the carpet that used to be on them got messed up so they just removed it and left the bare wood. Over time it’s gotten kind of dirty. But the inside of the apartment is fine. The bed in the bedroom I had was very comfortable. Overall it’s a fine condo to stay in!

Week in paradise

The unit was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The location is wonderful and the view spectacular. Could use a better clothes dryer and some of the skillets could use updating as we do a lot of cooking and they were pretty worn out.

White Sands Townhomes--Awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Week long stay during peak season, we usually visit in August but had to come earlier this year. Family of five certainly felt lonely in this spacious property--enough room for an entire other family if you need. The property was clean (except for small amounts of sand in various spots) and in great condition. We had one lightbulb out and the rear door to the beach from the garage was tricky, but serviceable. The neatest thing about this property over many others we have stayed at is the whole lower level is a garage where you can leave all your beach stuff. There is a private shower and faucet on ground floor which made clean up a breeze. Even in July there was plenty of room / privacy on the beach--limited traffic and crowds in this section. Property was very well appointed--everything you need in the kitchen as well as lots of additional chairs, umbrellas, toys in the garage. We have stayed in many condos / homes from Perdido Key to Portofino, and this place is our favorite.

The rental company was great, will rent from them again. If you love the beach then put Whitesands Townhouse on your list to stay. My only suggestion: it would be helpful to have a few stair lights going down to the beach from the back deck.. pretty dark. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!
