Fantastic All The Way Around

We received a nice souvenier water bottle represending Pensacola as a free gift for booking. The townhouse was amazing. Everything was so clean and new. We loved the fridge in the garage. Having a personal garage was so convenient. There are chairs and a tent to use as well. Steps to the beach made it so easy to go back and forth. The large patio and balcony were so nice to eat and sit outside. It was first-class with quality. The location couldn't have been better. Close proximity to everything Pensacola.The only downside was the amount of stairs. Someone with physical issues would not be able to tackle the 2 sets of stairs that are very steep and long. It gave us good exercise though and we didn't mind.

Just OK

the Master Bed needs to be replaced its seen better days and the ceiling fan in the Master makes too much noise to be able to sleep with it on. The place was clean but bring your own spices there wasn't even salt or pepper. The shower in the Master is very small so if your a taller or larger person you might not be comfortable using it. I'm only 5'8" and 180# and I found it tight for me.

The kitchen was fully stocked, the extra refrigerator in the garage was so nice and the ease of leaving all of your sandy chairs and beach toys on the bottom patio to hose off was wonderful. We usually stay in a high rise condo in Destin but after staying here we definitely prefer staying in a townhome. We will be back for sure! The only negative is two of the bedrooms did not have comfy beds.

Reviewer Comments: Our family fist began staying at White Sands Condos in 1971. We love being able to park three cars in the first-floor garage under the condo. The large kitchen/living/dining area opening onto the large second-floor deck is great for family fun. Paradise Beach Homes has done a wonderful job of maintaining the fully-equipped condo and their friendly staff is quick to respond if we have any questions or concerns. Have already booked for another family gathering in 2025.

Will Stay Again!

This units location is awesome! Directly beachfront with multiple decks to enjoy. We took advantage of all of them! The deck off the master was great at night before we went to bed. The main deck off the living room was a great gathering place. The lower deck was where we dropped our chairs off and took advantage of the outdoor shower. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were perfect. The fully equipped kitchen was awesome and the extra fridge in the garage was a big help! You can tell we enjoyed!!!!!!!

Great Stay but.......

Great home. Everything as described. EXCELLENT LOCATION! But there was a problem with WiFi. Great response when called. However, it off and on, mostly off, throughout the 4 day stay. Overall, great visit and I would use the property again.

Before we arrived we bought beach chairs and they already had about 5-7 chairs for use and lots of beach toys for the kids. They also had a decent supply of a few household items like dish detergent and trash bags. Great access to the beach. Would definitely book again!

Family Vacation in Florida

The condo was great. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pans and dishes for cooking. The beach is right out the back door. This location is very close to all of the great restaurants and the beach was not crowded. This location is not far from the Fort Pickens area. Very nice stay. We really enjoyed this property.

Pensacola Beach at White Sands Condo

We include the vacationers in adjoining condos who have become great friends. The adjoining second-floor decks afford plenty of opportunity to visit and share our wonderful Louisiana food. With only a few hundred feet walk to the beach, we can spend the day enjoying the sun and surf. Plenty of room for tossing frisbees, flying kites, ladder golf, cornhole, etc. We fill the very spacious 2nd level kitchen/den area with wonderful food, fun, and laughter. Memories that will last a lifetime. If you love the beach this is the place to be!!!

Spring Break Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful house for our family of 6. Amazing location, right on the sand and close to everything. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautifully renovated kitchen and comfy beds. We used the patio for outside dining and played games while enjoying a view or watching the kids just steps from the beach. Our sprinter was too tall for the garage, but there were several guest parking spots and we never had trouble getting one. There were beach chairs, toys and umbrella with the condo, so no need to lug yours down. Hands down we would stay here again. We have rented the last three years with paradise beach homes and will be back again! Thanks for the great memories!

Beautiful property, difficult with communication

Property was amazing with a very well stocked kitchen. Very easy access to the beach. Did have issues with getting check-in information and communication prior to arrival.
