Make Tortuga Landing your next island getaway! Located on popular 11th St and close to everything Port A has to offer; Tortuga Landing is just a few short blocks to the beach. This beautiful; detached condo is walking distance to the water or a short golf cart ride to Port A's restaurants; stores; shopping; entertainment; sightseeing; excursions; and more. Relax on the balcony; head to the shared pool; or fire up the private propane grill and fire pit for an evening with family and friends. Tortuga Landing is a spacious four bed; four bath; two story home. Open; light; and airy with large windows and flow through sea breezes. Enjoy coffee or drinks on the balcony while you listen to the sounds of the ocean. Property sleeps 12 - upstairs you'll find two master suites with en-suite baths; and a bunk room with separate bath. Downstairs is a separate one bed; one bath apartment. Master suites offer plush king beds; bunk room is furnished with two twin/twin bunk beds; and apartment includes plush king bed and queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for multiple families or groups with adult children who want added privacy. Flat screen smart TVs in each upstairs bedroom; and in upstairs and downstairs living rooms; charging stations; games; beach toys; and beach wagons included. Downstairs patio has outdoor shower with hot water for quick clean up after a day at the beach. Relaxing and fun coastal décor; fully stocked kitchens; balcony with ceiling fans; and large and small covered patios provide everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. Kitchens feature granite countertops; stainless steel appliances; coffee makers; dining table and breakfast bar upstairs; dinette downstairs. Dishes; flatware; cookware; drinkware; blenders; margarita machine; and more are ready and waiting. Two laundry rooms; one on each floor; are provided for your convenience. Ample parking for 6-7 vehicles or park your boat and still have plenty of room for cars and a golf cart. Great stay at Port A!

We had a great time at this property- the bedrooms, living area and kitchen were all great and made for a nice place to rest when we were not on the beach or fishing. The kids enjoyed the pool and overall we had a really great time here.

Good stay

We stayed here with family and friends. The property we rented was clean and had all the amenities. The property owner was staying near by . They were very helpful and answered all our questions regard places to visit and restaurants. It was located in a way that all attractions in port aransas was like 5 or 6 mins drive

Fantastic property for a Port A visit

This property was in a perfect location to golf cart around to restaurants, the beach and shops. It was open, clean, updated and perfect arrangement of furniture for our family of 4. We didn't try the pool, so I can't comment on that aspect. But I will say the parking was so easy with a large driveway and covering.

First time renting a house in town, the BEST decision ever!!! This home was absolutely perfect for the 6 adults and 2 rambunctious toddlers! Very spacious and well furnished!! The apartment was an excellent escape for 2 in our group not used to toddlers 24/7 lol!! The golf cart was the highlight for the kids!! The ONLY way to travel around town is with a golf cart!! House was clean when we arrived. Had an issue with the door lock at the apartment, maintenance came the next day and fixed it. Submitted the minor housekeeping issues we discovered. We can't wait to come back again!! Silversands staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating!!! Answered every question and text timely…they are so friendly too!!!! Thank you so much.

Our family stays here frequently! Our only complaint this time around is the kitchen frying pans and cookware have disappeared.. Hopefully they reappear for our next visit. Love Tortuga Landing!

Family vacation

Our whole family gets together once a year! We look forward to this time together. The house was perfect, had everything we needed. Was close enough to everything on the island. During our time, we had a maintenance man, come in, in the morning, to replace the dishwasher. He wanted me to clean out what the last renters left behind, he asked for clean up towels and asked me for the house owners number. I found all that strange, when he worked for the rental company. It all workout and we all had a great time! God welling, we will be back next year! Thank you

The property was not clean when we arrived I had to wash the sheets before we could sleep on them due to sand and long black hair in the bed. I sent pictures one bathroom toilet had pee and pubic hair on the seat and the washer had what looked like blood on it so the first hour we spent cleaning which is not what vacay is about.

Wonderful Home

This home is perfect! Location is good, home was clean, and parking is one of the best. The pool is only a few doors down. The house has everything you need. You can relax on the porch and get a nice breeze. We've rented a lot of homes here in Port A that not always are what they appear to be online, this one is definitely a top notch home. Definitely will keep this on our 5 star list. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Tortuga Landing

It was very accommodating, spacious and well furnished! Only two items of concern: pots and pans were not clean and had to wash all of them! And towels were still in the washer and in the dryer! Otherwise, I would rated the cabin a 5 star! Thank you!

Great Port Aransas house for Family

Tortuga Landing was a perfect vacation rental for our Family of 10. There were 4 bedrooms with King-sized beds in 3 of the rooms and double bunk beds in the 4th room. The living room has a large sectional that has 2 recliners and an ottoman and a separate sofa, so there was room for all of the Family. The separate apartment downstairs was a plus for privacy for my Son and his wife. The house is a few blocks from the ocean. The golf cart included in the rental made it very easy to go back and forth to the beach. We received information for the door key pad before arriving, so we didn't have to stand in line at an office to gain access to the house.

Awesome home

We love our stay it was very clean and they had everything you need to cook with also fun games for kids and adults. Love that the house came with a golf cart. My family had so much!
