The Space:
We are thrilled to offer our home to you as you make your travels to this wonderful place we call home here in Colorado Springs!

BEDROOM 1:
This spacious Queen bedroom is wonderfully setup so that you have room for all of your belongings for your stay! Unpack into the free-standing wardrobe or place your suitcase on the luggage rack so you don't have to leave it on the floor. Located in this bedroom we have a full size washer and dryer for use at any time during your stay!

BEDROOM 2:
Enjoy climbing into an ultra comfortable Queen bed with nice crisp linens and fluffy pillows! We have provided a large dresser for storing your clothes and a closet for hanging your items as well! In this Queen bedroom we have a desk station setup so that working from the comfort of home is easier than ever!

KITCHEN:
Wake up feeling refreshed as you make your way into the kitchen to make a fresh cup of coffee. We are humbled to be able to provide some K-cups, sugar, and creamer to get you started off on the right foot early in the morning before all of your adventures ahead! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basics to cook a full meal at any time to include pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, can opener, wine bottle opener, bottle opener, knives, cutting board, colander, and so much more!

BATHROOM:
The sparkling clean and beautifully remodeled bathroom is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy. Enjoy the luxurious feel of the soft and plush towels and know that we have the place stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a hair dryer, and just in case you forget a few things on your travels, we have some feminine products and face wipes as well. The bathroom has been tastefully remodeled with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and vanity

BACKYARD OASIS:
Enjoy a large, shared backyard to enjoy your time in the fresh air! There's a gate from the front of the property as well as side gate off the alley for entry into the back yard hangout! The backyard is fully equipped with a fire pit, plenty of seating, BBQ grill, Corn Hole, and incredible views of the mountains!

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire main floor of the house for the duration of your stay! We rent out the basement separately, but they have their own private entrance so there are no shared spaces within the duplex setup 😊

The shared back yard with the basement unit is yours for enjoying as well :)

The Neighborhood:
Just a few blocks south east of the ♥️ Downtown Colorado Springs, you will find yourself in a very central part of town that's peaceful due to the size of the property in this area

Getting Around:
Only a few minutes to Downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Hospital, Penrose Hospital, Colorado College, Garden of the Gods and more! The proximity to amazing food, incredible drinks, and boutique shopping and grocery stores is the perfect way to stay in Colorado Springs!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

This is the main level to a duplex setup. The basement is rented out separately and has their own private entrance and unit 😊
The backyard is shared with the basement unit for enjoyment!
