The Space:

Welcome to Nested Bungalow, your stylish and comfortable home away from home in Colorado Springs! This main-level duplex, ideal for 30+ day stays, offers modern amenities and cozy charm tailored for longer visits.

This spacious Queen bedroom includes a free-standing wardrobe and luggage rack for your belongings. Plus, it features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

🛏️ Bedroom 2

Enjoy a cozy Queen bed with crisp linens and fluffy pillows. This room also offers a large dresser, closet, and a convenient desk station for remote work.

☕ Kitchen

Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with complimentary K-cups, sugar, and creamer. Equipped with all the essentials, you’ll have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

🚿 Bathroom

Our sparkling clean, remodeled bathroom offers a bathtub/shower, vanity, and soft, plush towels. We’ve also stocked it with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a hairdryer, and some extra essentials.

🌳 Backyard Oasis

Relax in our large, shared backyard with a fire pit, seating, BBQ grill, and Corn Hole. Enjoy incredible mountain views and easy access through gates from the front or alley.



Guest Access:

🔑 You will have private access to the entire main floor of the house for the duration of your stay! We rent out the basement separately, but they have their own private entrance so there are no shared spaces within the duplex setup

The shared back yard with the basement unit is yours for enjoying as well :)

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
