Very nice condo. Room was clean. One of the balcony chairs was dry rotted and broke when I sat in it. Text them and they took that chair and sent a new one up. Very good service!!

Wonderful condo!! Perfect for couples and families.

The location is perfect right on the beach. This room has an amazing window inside the master bedroom viewing the beach. The walk in pool is perfect for young children and the bar has fantastic food! Our family of 5 loves this resort and will be back!! The beds were so comfortable!

Great spring break

Very nice condo and the building and pool were fabulous. Easy access to beach with families vs spring breakers which was nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Master bedroom and bath are huge! The mattresses need replacing and nicer furniture on the balcony would be nice.

Boardwalk Condos Are Stellar

Our 2 bedroom condo was exceptional. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, and the bar at the location served delicious drinks and food. We had a few minor issues in the condo that needed addressing, and they were handled quickly and professionally. We highly recommend.

603 Boardwalk Resort

I give it a 8 of 10. Easy access to the beach. The view was beautiful. Security was everpresent. The amenities were as listed and convenient. Rooms were clean and stocked as listed. The furnishings were comfortable and adequate, but a bit worn and outdated. The fridge needs to be replaced. It works but the ice maker froze up and leaked. Please add some comfortable seating on the patio. The fridge needs replaced.

Vacay with my sons

My sons (18 and 23) had a great time. The condo was great. The oceanfront views were magnificent. The reason for the 4 stars “overall” rating is because the master bedroom mattress needs to be thrown out!! It was horrible!! Also, you need to have washcloths with the towels.

Perfect Beach Stay

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff who checked us in at the office. The condo staff was also very friendly and helpful. The condo on the beach had a fabulous view! We enjoyed sunsets over the ocean every evening. We also loved being close to many restaurants and attractions while still being slightly off the busy area.

Great week at the beach!

We have stayed at Boardwalk multiple times! It has everything you need right at the property. The property is spacious and access to the pool and the beach are so easy!! No long walks! The beaches are clean as always! Our condo was exactly as pictured with the exception of an updated couch, and my family of four was very comfortable in the space. It was also very clean. The view is great! A suggestion would be to have some sort of actual table(s) on the balcony. There were three chairs which didn’t accommodate our family of four. We wanted to eat outside several times but there is not a table nor any side tables so we were trying to balance cups on the ledges of chairs and paper plates in our lap. It wasn’t ideal for us with a young child. If you like to sit together at a dinner table for meals in… just understand that the table accommodates two and the bar, three. However, the master was very spacious and the closet space is nice. There is a large closet when you walk in for all your beach and pool stuff so you don’t have to drag it through your condo. We had all the dishes we needed and a big pantry to store food and snacks for the week. Book that Condo called to make sure we got in ok and that everything was fine. That was a nice surprise! Overall, we would stay there again! It’s a great place to spend some time at the beach!

2023 Vacay Condo and Beach

This was our third trip to The Boardwalk Beach Resort. Our condo was clean and ready to go upon arrival. We had a couple of minor issues within the condo and they were taken care immediately. This is a family friendly resort with a great pool and kid friendly area.

Loved the view and the area quite and clean and very relaxing and loved the fact of the guard to check you in when you come into the parking lot made me feel very safe loves this place will definitely stay again and hoping very soon ❤️

nice room, strict complex

The actual room was nice, clean and comfortable. The complex is too strict. My family had always stayed at this condo in the past but we have not been there in many years. This time we did not enjoy it. You feel as if you are walking on eggshells the entire time. There are just too many rules that it takes the enjoyment out of the vacation. Guests were constantly being corrected at the pool for little of nothing. You were constantly having to pull your arm out of the pool to show armband and couldn't even relax. Kids and parents were being got on to every day due that you could not have any balls or toys in the pool. I will chose another complex next time.

Great Condo- poor kitchen

Overall the condo was great and super clean! It was perfect for 2 couples and an infant! The kitchen is poorly stocked however- on vacation we do go out to dinner but we like to make breakfast and the pots and pans are so old and burnt on the bottoms that they were awful to cook with and our food was ruined by one of the pans. They honestly need to be thrown away and new pans should be bought& put into the kitchen for use. Other than that the condo was great! & book that condo was easy to contact and answered all my questions we had!

Great location

We had a great time and enjoyed this resort, we chose this location for the splash pad area incase our nearly 2 year old hated the sand. Luckily he loved them both! The room was clean but minor issues included the toilet is loose in the master bath and the couch pictured is not the couch in the condo, but that wasn’t an issue. The condo and facility are nice and we would recommend it to others.

Great trip!

We did not like how ‘book that condo’ would not let us have the door code until 6 pm. We usually book through vrbo and they give us the code as soon as we get there but everything else was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was comparable to others in the area. We enjoyed our stay but the pool experience wasn't great. The rules and attendants were a little over the top, I understand trying to keep order, but this pool created a little animosity with patrons and we did not enjoy that.

Very Nice Place

We stayed right on the beach for the first time last year and have decided it’s the only way to go. We stayed at a different place last year that was ok. This place at Boardwalk Beach Resort was amazing! It was clean and in really good shape. They also replaced the COUCH. The couch they got rid of is in the photo the photo . The new one is gray. We think it matters that you have somewhere nice to sit when you’re there for a whole week. We will totally rent this condo again next year. Also it had a big walk-in shower and huge garden tub. The bed is kinda old and stiff, but I guess if a bunch of different people lay on it, it’s gonna do that. Overall we give it a 9 and a newer more comfortable bed would take it to 10. You can buy the newer memory foam mattresses for a few hundred dollars now. Beach access and parking is a solid 10 here.

Hello, My name is Terry Greene, my wife's name is Dana and my daughter's name is Monica.

We are a close knit Canadian family, who reside in North Vancouver. The city of Vancouver, and ourselves, enjoyed a once in a life-time Olympic experience. My wife is of European decent, and my 14 year old daughter is in the French immersion program and both her and my wife are avid tennis players, with my daughter playing in competitive junior tournaments. As for myself, I'm a self employed accountant/financial advisor, and provide tax preparation services and tax, investment and estate planning. I too play tennis, though not at the same level, and I enjoy hiking and river rafting among other things.

We choose to buy at this location because the beauty of the beach just overwhelmed us and the Boardwalk, has an impressive number of amenities and is a first class building. We wanted a place were we could get away and bond as a family during the Christmas holidays and occasionally during the spring or fall.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

PCB is a relatively small and relaxing place, we live in Vancouver, B.C. which is on the other of North America and so it's good to get another perspective on how others live and a different flavour, complete with charming southern accents and hospitality. We believe travelling expands your horizons and our unit with the waves in the background and the ocean at your feet is a relaxing way to go about this.
