The space
This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an attached bath while the second full bath is located next to the guest bedrooms in the hallway. The back deck is ready to be enjoyed with ample outdoor seating, a large umbrella, BBQ grill, and hot tub! The front deck has two seating areas with comfy chairs and plenty of outdoor space.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, sitting chair, attached full bathroom, and direct deck access.

The first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has two twin beds. The second guest room also has direct deck access.

We provide all bed linens, towels, and also stock shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are also some beach accessories: towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart to haul it all. An outdoor shower is available so you can rinse the sand off after your beach visit!

The living room has a Smart TV with Youtube TV for live viewing or the streaming platform of your choice. There are also Smart TVs in the master and twin (kids) bedrooms. We offer ultra high speed (1.2GBPS) wifi to ensure that streaming or video calls are seamless.

Kitchen is updated with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar.

The dining table seats 6 guests and there are barstools available at the kitchen counter for more seating or casual meals.

Living Room - One large sofa and a comfortable chair all with plentiful window views and Smart TV.

Dedicated workspace in the entryway for those working from home.

Beach gear provided- beach towels, beach chairs, wagon.

High chair and pack-n-play provided.

Driveway - can fit 3-4 cars.

Keyless entry-you will be provided a unique code a few days before your arrival. Simply type in the code to access your beach vacation.

**We have weekly maintenance of the hot tub and landscaping to keep our space pristine for you. If you're staying on a maintenance day, the crew may access the back deck through the yard.**

**There is a downstairs apartment that you will not have access to. This space is occupied by a long term tenant.**

**No refunds given for cancellations due to weather or illness. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel.**

Amazing Beach Vacation!

This property is absolutely incredible. Extremely nice furnishings and all the cookware you need for the week. The hot tub worked perfectly and was a great place to unwind in the evening. Plenty of towels and linens were provided and an assortment of K-cups were made available for your morning coffee. The beach is an easy and short 5-7 minute walk. The provided beach cart, chairs, and other beach toys were extremely convenient and made it easy to spend a day at the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and not very crowded at all. We also loved walking down to the end of the street to see the sunset over the inter coastal water way. The property had great decks with ample seating and a gas grill that we used several times. Overall, this was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at through VRBO and would highly recommend.

Wonderful property

Enjoyed a very nice weekend stay with my family. Easy walk to the beach, house was very clean, beds were comfortable, tub tub was a nice way to close out the cool evenings. Owner was great to work with. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great House West of A1A

Layout and furnishings are great. Beds are comfortable but firm. Everything you need in a home. Easy In/Out. Nice beach equipment supplies. We found some of the glasses were dirty along with a cutting board that had food on it. We ended up washing all the dishes and silverware before using them (not all dirty but just didn't feel comfortable). We text Chris with a picture and he got back quickly stating he'd talk to the cleaning person. It was not a 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is 1/2 mile and you have to cross the A1A. Once across you need to either empty the wagon or carry it up and over the stairs to the beach. Doable but not really easy when loaded with all the beach stuff. It's nice having a front and back patio. However all the cushions were soaking wet so we couldn't sit on them. Ended up sitting on towels. It worked but wasn't comfortable. A storage unit for the cushions would be nice to keep them dry. Overall we thought it was a very nice home. If you don't mind the 1/2 mile walk to the beach and carrying everything over stairs I would recommend it. It was doable but we were a group of 3 ladies of retirement age (1 that was 10 weeks post knee replacement the other 2 active), so we would'nt rent it again.

Great quiet oasis near St Augustine

Had a family vacation in St. Augustine. Found this place on VRBO and so glad I did. Great location, quiet, 1/2 mile easy walk to a great beach, easy in/out. The house was well-appointed, with premium appliances, furnishings, flatware, etc., not the usual "flea market" furnishings common at beach rentals. We felt like guests in a friends home. 5 stars.
