Little bit of Heaven

Come enjoy our little peace of heaven. This Cozy Quite Duplex condo is in a gated South Padre Island Golf Club community 15 minutes from South Padre Island fishing and beaches. With 2 pools and gym included golf available for green fees. 1 small dog is ok with an extra cleaning fee. The home has 2 bedrooms, a Master bedroom, a queen bed with a full bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower acrossthehall. Each bedroom has 32 inch tv and a large closet. The living area has a queen-size couch/ hidabed, 2 comfortable chairs. The tv on the wall is a 48-inch. There is a large round dining area table with 4 chairs and 2 places to sit at breakfast bar to the kitchen. There is a screened in patio with a table ,chairs, and couch. Maximum of 2 cars are allowed, 1 can be parked in garage if you choose to. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. There are great places to walk in the neighborhood. Between here and the island, there are many great restaurants and night spots for entertainment . There are plenty of activities ,events, and things to see in the area. January and February, we prefer a minimum stay of 30 days but will consider less depending on timing.
