Oceanfront 3 bedroom luxury Condo, private balcony!

Grand Victorian 1648 square foot ocean/beach front 3 bedroom unit with Direct Ocean views! Private deck overlooking the ocean. Great deal for families! Sleeping for 10. Central heat and a/c, but a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in the bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 11, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket, barware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.
Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

Overall amazing week

Awesome location - so much people watching just from the balcony! Everything within walking distance. Can’t think of anything missing from the condo except, we wish we would have brought fans to help drown out the noise. One of the cons of being in THE most prime location of OOB is the noise. You could hear conversations from bed as people walked by at 1am when the bars closed; and beware of the 5:30am wake up every morning with the train, followed by the garbage trucks! 😂 We leveraged these early wake-ups by crawling out of bed for sunrise - and then went back to sleep. The mattresses are very old and worn and in need of replacement. Otherwise, it was a spectacular week! The staff at check-in was super, Bill is amazing - such an asset to the Grand Victorian property, Nicole & Ryan were wonderful to deal with - very responsive. The condo wasn’t as clean as it could have been, but honestly - it’s a beach escape. I am happy for the experience and memories we made!!

Overall it was a great time. Plenty of room to stretch out, right on the beach. The master bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked but that is my only complaint.

Great location and property

Great location right on the ocean. Very nice setup w/ large kitchen, family room, bedrooms... Great porch with ocean views. Very clean.

Loved it!

The condo was the perfect place for our home base for our trip. It was on the Ocean and sitting on the deck every morning was the perfect start to the day. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, and a great quality. The Owners were great to work with. We would recommend this condo and will be back again if we visit this part of Maine.

Amazing condo and location

We loved this condo, it was directly by the beach with amazing views from the wraparound balcony. It was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. Check in clerks were amazing and thank you to Ryan and Nicole for their restaurant recommendations and for answering all of our questions. We were in the perfect location to walk to all shops, restaurants, the pier and palace play land . We are already looking forward to coming back next year. Margaret

Best place to experience old orchard beach

This rental exceeded our expectations. It met all of our needs including an awesome beach view, private balcony, walk out to beach, indoor pool, walk out to pier and amusement park, and good food options in walking distance. We wanted a location where we did not have to drive anywhere and get the full old orchard experience. The condo itself is great. Updated kitchen with all the necessary appliances (all stainless and work great) and plenty of room to cook and serve. Bedrooms are separated from the main living space which allowed the kids to sleep while the adults got some of own time. Our group included 4 adults and 4 kids between 6 and 10. The washer and dryer were a great help too. The staff at the complex were helpful and the complex is well maintained. The kids loved the amusement park which is right next to the complex. The beach is perfect, clean and well maintained. Simply put, the view and beach access makes this the perfect option if old orchard is your destination.

We had a wonderful stay overall. There was a glitch with a broken bed, but the property manager resolved it as soon as he could.

Great property

5 adults stayed here. Lots of room. Immediate response when I had a question and arrived within a 1/2 hour to fix an issue with the cable. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and service

The manager was most gracious. Even tuning the piano in the unit for us. We were delighted with the location right on the beach. The unit was spacious, light and bright. The condo included every thoughtful amenity, even games and books for the young ones. A totally delightful experience after such a hectic year. Perfect for any age!

Our stay here was fantastic! Our family consisting of my 75 year old Mom to our grand babies as young as 3 had a fantastic stay here. The condo - who could ask for anything more! The size was great; layout is fantastic. We enjoyed the beach from our balcony every morning, the beach with the grand kids all day (so great to be tight here for bathroom or lunch breaks off the beach) and we definitely enjoyed the balcony at night. The Ferris wheel at The Pier is like staring at a kaleidoscope! The family friendly kitchen made a great space for us all to have breakfast together. The proximity to everything made dinner out an easy walk even for my Mom. We are spoiled now; don’t want to stay anywhere else. Only thing that could make this better would be to be able to bring our two dogs.
