• This rental is located on floor 1 but will have to climb a set of stairs to get there. No Elevators.
• Parking notes: All vehicles must have an approved parking permit visible through the windshield displaying condo unit number and contact phone number for 24-hr access. Only 2 vehicles allowed per condo. All vehicles in the bays (underneath the building) should be pulled completely forward. Per the HOA, no trailers are allowed in parking areas and towing will be enforced to remove any vehicles in violation.
