Located in a heart of North Port ,close to shopping area, about 17 min away from Costco and Wellen park newest shopping, dining area .Very quiet and relaxing place with view on a canal. Perfect house to spend time with your loved ones, just 30 min from the beaches. House has everything you need so you can enjoy Florida like a local!

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s house. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and uncomplicated throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back on our next visit.

Great home with everything you need. Very clean and had everything. Fishing with the fishing equipment they have off the deck was great for my grandson. Used the bikes for bike rides. The home was very comfortable and quiet. Also good for working from home. If you like Master bed a bit on the firm side, this is perfect for you. Great response from the host and would stay there again when we visit. Close to everything in North Port.

Beautiful home and location

What an amazing house. This was our second stay at this house. The location is perfect for our teenagers to take the bikes and fish in multiple different areas. Not to mention the dock they could gish off of. It is close by everything you need for shopping. It was only a short trip to the beach and the house had everything needed for our trip there. We highly recommend this property! We are looking forward to our next stay.

North Port stay

This property did not disappoint in any way. The house was lovely, clean, very well stocked and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and the lanai area was very large and very comfortable. Very peaceful and relaxing. The owner was very attentive and answered my questions immediately I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Our stay was fantastic. The house had all the amenities you could ask for and more. We appreciated all the attention to detail throughout the property. We loved the pool. Highly recommend for your next trip.

Beautiful Home in North Port

My husband and I totally loved Anna & Oleg's beautiful home! The house has been wonderfully remodeled, with all rooms and spaces being tastefully decorated. Things we loved: the firm memory foam beds, the spacious Master Bath, the quiet neighborhood, the great location close to shopping & restaurants, and especially THE AWESOME POOL and outdoor lanai area. Every afternoon was spent outside floating in the pool, or laying in the sun loungers, or reading on the comfy outdoor chairs. The owners were very attentive to any questions we had. We would definitely book this house again!

Great spot in North Port

A great spot and a very accommodating host. Will definitely come back here as we visit family in the area annually. Has everything you need for family, including items for the beach. Highly recommended!

Excellent home

Very tastefully appointed, comfortable and fully equipped home with pool and canal. $20 per day extra charge well worth it for heating pool this time of year. Host replied immediately when needed. Although we were in the middle of North Port, the property feels private and calm with some lovely trees etc. LOVED it!

Amazing vacation!

We had a great stay at Anna's house. The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The view of the canal, the tropical feeling and the beautiful saltwater pool were exactly what we were looking for. There are lots of pool accessories and plenty of towels. The house is on a quiet side street and is a great base for things to do. We went to the Bucs game in Tampa, Corkscrew Sanctuary, Venice Beach, various shopping malls, etc. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around the corner at Coco Plum Village. Anna is a great host and we would love to come back again.

Beautiful home and pool

We had an extremely comfortable stay. The house was beautiful and built well. The pool was great for my elderly parents. The canal and a close by pond provided good fishing for my boys. This house supplied bikes, beach chairs, noodles, and so much more. The owners provide a lot of little things that make your vacation even more enjoyable. We are already planning to book this house for our next trip.

Quiet and Convenient

The property was very nice. All appliances and furniture were either new or looked like new. The house was extremely clean as compared to other houses I have rented in the past. The street did not have a lot of traffic. This was a very quiet location. I also like the location because the distance to SR 41 or I-75 was relatively short. In respect to the property Manager, It was a pleasure communicating with her. She was prompt and addressed my questions completely. I give the manager and property an A+..

A lot to offer vacation home

We did not have a good weather in the winter break but we had: heated pool, fishing in the canal from the deck We were biking (owner offered us plenty bikes ) So we had a great time at this nice and clean property

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Very quick to respond to our questions. The one thing we didn't know is we had to pay extra to heat the pool. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

We loved the place. Well equipped and beautiful. We were taken off guard by learning that heated pool required agreeing to an additional daily fee, since this fee was not in listing and “heated pool” was listed as an amenity. We’ve never experienced that before. We would stay there again.

Fantastic week in North Port

We absolutely loved the house. The listing was 100% accurate. The house is newly remodeled and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked as was the rest of the house. The pool and outdoor space along the canal was so relaxing. It is just a short drive to shopping and restuarant options.

This home was perfect for our time here in Florida! It is a beautiful home, and has everything needed for a perfect stay! Communication was also great with the owners! The pool was awesome, and the home had just a very comfortable feel!
