New home with open floor plan 2 bedrooms large kitchen and living room with full size futon bed that sleeps two. Beautiful wrap around porch all situated on a one acre parcel of land. Garages not included with rental ,garages are used for my personal STORAGE only. I do not reside on the premises. House is totally private for guest only. Parking included for boat trailer , motorcycle trailer, and RV's please note no residing in RV while on property parking only!! Boat ramps located near by where you can launch your boat into the spectacular intercoastal water ways. Close to all Biketoberfest and Daytona bike week events. Located only 5 miles to the Cabbage Patch one of the oldest biker bars and 21 miles to main street Daytona. 4miles to Canal street and 7miles to Flagler Ave drive on beach two famous spots in the quaint town of NSB. 7 miles to NSB speedway and 16miles to the famous International speedway .Or if you choose to just stay home and relax watching the local birds that frequent the beautiful property . You will get that small town feel but yet be close enough to beaches bars and restaurants and maybe if your lucky you will get to experience a shuttle launch
during you stay .

Fabulous place to stay

We have stay at several places but this was the best , close to the ocean and some off the best restaurants, the house was spotless clean , hope to be back next year

Very clean, nice parking. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Met all of our needs, great stay!

This was a nice, new place to stay. We had a great time. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. This place had a very nice yard, great if you have kids who like to be outside & play. Perfect for cornhole, or any outdoor games.

Peaceful vacation spot

This location is a beautiful place to go for vacationing. It has many beautiful features, comfortable rooms, and ample space. The master bathroom's shower is beautifully tiled and tall enough to accommodate my 6'2"husband. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely hope to stay here in the future.

Family Fun

This was a perfect place for my family to spend our spring break. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Loved the room to run around on the property. Conveniently close to gas, groceries, and other necessities.

Renting here made our vacation wonderful!

The process was a piece of cake and my only concern is that it won't be available for our next vacation because this will be a very popular place to stay. The owner was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. It was exactly as advertised but actually exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this rental and hope to use it again.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood!

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The property owner was quick to respond to messages. The house was very clean and in like new condition. Plenty of room to park a four bike enclosed trailer and then some.

Great review for our beach trip

When we arrived at the house, it was very clean and we had a surprise snack basket waiting for us which was very much appreciated after a long day of traveling. The host was always very responsive and attentive to what we needed.The house is very good located with beach 15 mins at max away. On our trip we hauled a trailer with motorcycles, there was plenty of room for parking as well. We had a great time and would definitely choose this house again

The best

I've staid at a lot of rentals and they make this home! I mean small boards to keep kick stands on for motorcycles in th soft ground, to having linens on hand (even tho I bring my own) truly a blessing. Thank you all.

New Smyrna 2023

To start, my daughter and grandson live in New Smyrna and the home was 4 miles from there house. Great location for me. The home was very nice, clean and comfortable. We didn't have great weather all week so the wifi and plenty of channels on the television was a plus. The kitchen was very nice, all new appliances. I will definitely book this property again.

Wonderful place to stay

This property was perfect for our stay!! We were in town for Jeep Beach. Myself and 4 friends stayed. It is close to the beach and to I-95 so the 20 minute drive to Daytona was no big deal! The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. There was even a washer and dryer available for use. House was clean and nicely decorated. 100% would rent this one again. The host was amazing and very responsive! One of the best rentals I have stayed at.

Perfect location

This place was perfect on every front. We needed a place convenient for speedweeks but also the beaches. This place checked all the marks. We zipped over to Disney for a day up to Daytona for a few days and the week at New Smyrna speedway. The house was super clean the owner was amazing. This place is a five star find. Thank you to the owners for all the help day one. As a professional who needs smooth sailing or as a family that wants to kick back. Huge yard and close to everything.

Wonderful experience and property!

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about this property and the owners. We ran into an issue with our original booking at a DIFFERENT property and had to cancel. We booked this property on short notice while already on vacation and the owners went above and beyond to accommodate us. The property was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, beautiful (quiet) area, and they even provided a few snacks for us, which was very nice, after we had extended travel time. Communication was above and beyond to ensure we had a good understanding of everything. All questions were answered immediately. Our trip started out poorly with another property but rounded out amazing after booking this house. I can’t say enough positive about it and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. Big thank you to the owners for staying in close communication when needed, helping us, and providing an excellent place to stay! A+ experience!
