Check in complicated. 2 different arrival addresses. Went to owner's entrance 1st. Backtracked to guest entrance-parking pass wasn't ready. Had to go back to 3rd location for that. We were charged a 79 damage fee and the condo was horrible. Freezer handle broken. Dryer door broken. 5 forks in kitchen. No wine glasses. No sheet pans. 2 bad frying pans. No tupperware. No spices. Keurig makes pots/k-cups good working condition. Upstairs toilet didn't work (which they knew before we arrived but took 1.5 days to repair). Toilet ran the entire time we were there. I asked for financial retribution and didn't get a reply at all. Everything was loud: the drier, bath fans, ceiling fans (master bath fan doesn't work). Lots of repairs done to this condo but very poorly. Holes in doors repaired & painted over w/ a paint that doesn't match. Holes in drywall where door hits but no door stoppers to prevent this. Ceiling repair (photo attached). Mattresses saggy but didn't hurt our backs. Bed pillows way too thick. Mine was super clumpy on one side and thin on the other. "Sleeps 10" but only seating for 5 in family room. Pics not accurate. Sundeck had a rusty table & chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Pros: View is perfect. Condo quiet (unless you turn a fan on). Beautiful white sandy beaches-crowded with families. Didn't feel like spring break crowd at all. I would come back to PCB but never to this condo. Wont rent from Salty Bch since they didn't respond to my req for financial retribution.

Great view and location. I do feel like as much as you pay for the room the chairs with the umbrellas by the pool should be free. The room is nice. The top deck is great. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Elevators were quick. I would stay again.

Disappointed

The condo is in a great location. The pools & hot tub were great...large enough to accommodate all the guests. The elevators were fast with no waiting. The bad part was inside the condo, the mattresses on all the beds were horrible, there were some holes in the walls from the doors being shut too hard, popcorn ceilings that really needed some work also. There were some huge cockroaches that emerged on our last night of stay. I was mortified. Condo was just absolutely not work the amount of money that I paid for a weekend stay. It needs a major update.

The room itself needs updated/ remodeled due to water damage and older style beds. The property is amazing one of our favorites. Central location with a ton to offer.

Beautiful view and resort

My husband, me, our two sons and DILs had a great stay at this condo with our own bedrooms and baths. The view is gorgeous, and the penthouse patio is very nice at night.

Great Location

The location of this property and since it is a resort with a restaurant, store, big screen Disney movie, karaoke, live entertainment by the pool made it so convenient. However, this unit needs attention because the mattresses are very uncomfortable and the bed upstairs is the worst. Our sleep was very uncomfortable. The railing on the top sun deck is loose, also the kitchen needs baking pans, and the internet says there is grilling on the property which is no longer, a few blankets and pillows needed, and Pots with covers. We enjoyed our stay and love the fact that you can walk to the shops across the street. We rented a pontoon and went to Shell Island and its a beautiful place. I'm sure we will vacation here again soon but we may need to stay in a different unit until the mattresses are upgraded. The rental agent was very helpful and always in touch with us to inform us about anything we needed to know about the property. We had a great vacation in a great location.

This is a very beautiful unit. The location is wonderful .

This unit is just beautiful. They have been working on things it appears since the last hurricane and the improvements are so nice. It is so bright and airy, awesome views of the complex, pool and the ocean. The roof top deck is just out of this world. Everything you need is available at Edgewater. Stores, restaraount Oceans has great food and there is so much to do on site. We hope to return in the summer.
