Experience the ultimate NWA retreat in this expansive, light-filled home. Whether you’re hosting a family reunion or a group getaway, our open floor plan and two distinct living areas provide the perfect balance of social space and private relaxation.
Relax & Recharge: Unwind in the main living room with a 60” Smart TV, or enjoy quiet mornings in the climate-controlled sunroom overlooking the yard.
Chef’s Kitchen: Fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners.
Restful Nights: Sleep soundly on high-quality mattresses, including a private Master King suite and versatile guest rooms.
Outdoor Freedom: Spread out on our massive 1-acre lot, with immediate access to local bike and walking trails.

Two Living Spaces plus a sun room: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 60” Smart TV, a sitting room and an extra large sun room with heat and air.
Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, serving accessories, and more.
Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, large closet.
Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps. Bunk beds and a bed in the sunroom.
Outdoor Space: Large back yard and driveway.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire house, except the garage.

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.
- Pets - No pets allowed.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 people. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book
- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
