Beachfront Ground-Level Apartment

This true beachfront, ground-level 2BR/2BA apartment sits on the quiet north side of Caye Caulker, steps from the sea. Enjoy constant ocean breezes, AC in both bedrooms, Smart TVs, a full kitchen, pool, hammocks, paddleboards, fishing gear, and a private dock for water taxis and tours.

This is an authentic island home, not a new resort. The salt air, reef, and mangroves require ongoing maintenance, and systems like water pressure and hot water can vary briefly—common in Belize and quickly addressed by our on-site caretakers.

The shallow lagoon out front isn’t ideal for swimming, but great beaches are a short walk away. Mosquitos may appear briefly at sunrise/sunset; AC provides relief.

A separate 6-bedroom home is located above. Inquire if you’d like to book both.

Beautiful stay

Loved Caye Caulker and beachfront location. It was nice and quiet. We rented bikes and biked down to the ferry to the southern island daily. Pool was great and sitting outside by the water daily was lovely!

Cute stay on north caye caulker

beautiful waterfront view on the relaxing island of north caye caulker. Walter, the property groundskeeper, was incredible and made our stay so wonderful. we enjoyed activities on the property like paddle boarding and kayaking, and frequently went to the split to water taxi over to the south island for food and drinks

Relaxing before the diving week

Overall good stay

There were some plumbing issues but the host responded quickly and was very helpful to the issues. The beach location is great and made for good sunsets. Definitely bring in your own food to cook with because the kitchen is fully equipped.

Secluded, but easy access.

As a 95 year old, I really enjoyed ground floor living and being right next to the water. Fishing right off the dock and doing a catch and cook was a nice bonus. The caretakers were happy to take care of grocery shopping and arrange transportation.

Mr. Walter was lovely and very helpful. He was always ready to assist us, very pleasant. The property could be better maintained, but it is by the sea, so things get damaged by the salt. Moisture smell overall and rust on some utensils. We had a problem with one air condition unit and it was promptly taken care of, excellent customer service. very quiet property, great neighbors, wonderful view.

What's not to love

The location is amazing. Your own private beach, watching the sunrise. Nice quiet location. Kitchen is well-stocked and the owners had a jug of filtered water, which is much appreciated.Check-in infomration came very late. I needed to download What's app (which I did not already have), so communication was a little chaotic.Also, check out was posted as 11am, the cleaning lady showed up shortly after 9 am, which was not ideal for us.But I would stay here again.

**True Tranquility** My husband and I, both in our 40s, stayed one night at this beachfront property in Caye Caulker, Belize, to check it out for a future family vacation. Disappointed

The views were amazing from the roof and that’s sadly the most positive thing I can say. The unit itself seldom had working water let along warm water. It smelled as though a dog had been living in the unit. I’m not very picky when it comes to beach front who really cares what the inside is like right? Well this was bad. The swimming pool was not in working condition which was a bummer. Nice location, just needs lots of TLC ☀️
