The Tiki house is a waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath island POOL home with stunning island views and the best sunset views on the island! Located on the west bay side (calm water & no sargassum), the best ocean views are guaranteed. Experience the amazing Palapa deck with peaceful hammocks to enjoy those breezy days and nights!
The Tiki House is decorated in a fun laid back Tiki theme.
Included in your stay are the free use of 4 bicycles, 2 single kayaks and 1 double kayak, and 2 Stand Up Paddleboards. Launch your kayak or paddle board from directly in from of The Tiki House!
My daughter Nina, who is your co-host, has her small cabana at the front of the property, next to the sea. She is available if needed, to answer your questions or help with island recommendations. She has 2 friendly dogs, and she will respect your complete privacy and not intrude on your stay at The Tiki House.
Come stay and enjoy the best Ocean views from the topside Palapa deck and balconies!

Great location and a fantastic host, highly recommend! The host was very good at communicating and proactive in anticipating our needs, much appreciated! Everything is close on Caye Caulker but it was great to be a bit secluded and have an awesome view. The house is well equipped and comfortable.

This is the best short-term rental stay I've ever experienced, and I travel A LOT. The hosts made it so easy; they setup the kayaks and the stand-up paddleboards, recommended restaurants, and even helped with a surprise birthday cake. I highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful property! Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, everything you'll need for your stay. Beautiful sunset views from the water's edge or the roof deck. Nina is an absolute gem of a host, she was so helpful with recommendations on activities and restaurants. We booked a Ray and Shark Swim through her Pontiki cruises and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Easily one of the top 5 experiences of my life. Two excellent restaurants in a couple minutes walk, Elba's and Miss Dawn's Garden Kitchen. We absolutely loved this home.

Staying at the tiki house was exactly as we had imagined our trip to Caye Caulker to be. The house was perfect for the three of us, had all of the amenities that we needed. The bicycles were a great addition, made good use of them. Unfortunately, the wind was against us, so we couldn’t use the kayaks. But we kept ourselves occupied. And the pool was wonderful, so relaxing to come home to after spending a day at the beach. But most of all, Nina and Elder were the perfect hosts, answering all of our questions and helping with anything that we needed, whether it was booking a golf cart, transfer from the airport, etc. I highly recommend the tiki house if you are looking for a home that is comfortable and close to everything that you need.

Everything about our vacation at Tiki House was great starting the communication with Lili. She responded very quickly and was eager to help in any way. Once we arrived, we met Nina and Elder who helped us settle in. We loved the location. It is close to everything, but away from the main streets with "traffic", They offered great suggestions for dinners. We especially enjoyed Pelican Sunset Grill for dinner. We enjoyed Barefoot Caribe for breakfast on the water, as well as Nice & Beans. I got addicted to the fresh squeezed watermelon juice from just down the street. The house is very comfortable; the AC worked great for sleeping. We spent every day in the hammocks with a beautiful view of the water and perfect breezes. Make sure you watch their dog Mya trying to catch fish (unsuccessfully). Also, go to Nicco's for sweet corn ice cream. Nina and Elder also run Nina's Pontiki - which is a 6-person pontoon boat. We were fortunate to go with Elder twice - once to snorkel with sharks (lots of them) and manta rays and once to snorkel the coral reef. I can't recommend them enough, especially as we saw boats packed with people (like 50) to snorkel the same places. They also offer a sunset cruise, but we had an amazing sunset from the house. All in all, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Peaceful getaway

The property was just as advertised. It is situated close to the airport and the host was amazingly helpful. They set us up with a golf cart rental and made check in a smooth process. The sunsets are beautiful and I would absolutely suggest it to anyone.

Awesome Place to stay in Caye Cauker!

Overall we had a great stay! Nina was super helpful and friendly and set us up for success. Bikes are the best thing to have on the island so that was a huge plus to have included. The location was perfect and the sunsets on the palapa or in the pool were awesome. Super safe and great location. Thanks Nina & fam! (Make sure you eat at Reina’s!)

We absolutely LOVED the Tiki House!! It has everything you need to enjoy the island! We rode the bikes every day, cooled off in the pool and enjoyed the sunsets from the top deck. We didn’t have time to take the kayaks out and wish we would have. Nina was an EXCELLENT host and went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs. She also has a Tiki Boat that is ONE OF A KIND!! We went out to Shark Ray Ally and we can’t stop talking about it! A private tour with lasting memories!

Perfect.

Everything about the Tiki House is perfect. Quiet side of the island, yet close to all activities. Nina (the host) is amazing and super helpful and responsive! When we come back we’ll definitely stay here again! The rooms and baths are spacious and clean. The air conditioning works great. Pool and roof porch are stunning! Yay!

Lili and her daughter Nina were the best hosts you could ask for. Always ready to make recommendations and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met.And when the listing says “stunning views”, they are not exaggerating. Sunrise and sunset were gorgeous overlooking the water.As far as Caye Caulker itself? If you're looking for a location that’s laid back, friendly locals, fantastic food, fishing, snorkeling, scuba, you’ll love Caye Caulker. If you want a faster paced party central experience, San Pedro is a short water taxi away. Good for overnight trip, but more than that, a bit too much unless you’re a young single adult.I highly recommend Caye Caulker, and Lili and Nina will help you get the most out of your trip!
