This spectacular vacation home is located in the heart of the Sea Pines on Wagon Road. You will be near everything Sea Pines has to offer including the island's best beaches. Don't miss your chance to stay in this (2nd to 12th row) beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bath home, with over 2,500 square feet of living space, and your own private pool, all in the popular Heritage Woods and Baynard Cove area. Conveniently located near one of the bike paths that covers the entire Sea Pines. Bike to the lighthouse at Harbour Town or the Salty Dog Cafe at South Beach - both only 10 minutes by bike. Feel free to use 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. And our Guests have access to park in the garage. (See Frequently Asked Questions and our guest's reviews below)
Enjoy the open floor plan from the kitchen to the family room, pool, and screened in porch, great for entertaining and maximizing your vacation time with friends and family. And Moms - the kitchen has been completely remodeled in 2018. It features a great breakfast bar for the kids, as well as chef grade cooking gear, cutlery, and china! The living room features a 56 inch Samsung LCD HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player, and is awesome for watching movies with the family. Or, relax in the Carolina porch overlooking the pool and tranquil backyard while listening to your favorite music, reading or just plain relaxing! When it's time to say goodnight retreat to your own large private bedroom, all with ample closet and storage space.
Our home was built in 1998 and features 10 foot ceilings and all the modern comforts and amenities of a newer home. The kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances, HD TVs in every bedroom, and free high speed secured wireless internet service. Come and experience luxury, comfort, and convenience. Are there any additional fees to be considered? The only additional optional fee is the optional fee to heat the pool. Please inquire with the property management company for a quote to heat the pool.
Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.
What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, losing keys, or having to exchange keys through the mail.
What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? Just contact the property manager and we have on island resources to manage any issue with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact or resolve a problem with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.
How close are you to the beach? Under 5 minutes by bike, or an enjoyable 5-8 minute stroll. See the map below.
Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. Our home is just about equal distance to both; it's about a 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minutes by car.
What size is your house? Our two story home is over 2,500 square feet. The master bedroom is located on the main level and is approximately 350 square feet. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms each about 200 square feet and all bedrooms have ample closet and storage space.
Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, our home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!
Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is 30 days or less away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.
