Pelican Walk 912 is simply STUNNING! Stay Right on the Beach in our beautifully Remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf Front Condo!
Located on Thomas Drive. You will love the charming coastal décor! The spacious open floor plan features a living room, dining room and kitchen area that all offer breathtaking views of the Gulf! Most impressive are the SPECTACULAR sunsets from the private wrap-around balcony! The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own balcony, with a completely remodeled master bathroom, custom tile shower, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds. The guest bath adjoins the 3rd bedroom and has a custom tile shower. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa! There is also a NEW washer/dryer in the condo. The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils.

Pelican Walk has 2 gulf front pools both overlooking the beautiful sand dunes and blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests have access all resort amenities, hot tub, club room, and courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach.

Property and Location were great! Hot Tub was very dirty for the first couple days we were there. We also had a water main problem where we lost water for quite a while. We just went out to dinner and had water the next morning. Beach was Amazing! We loved our belcony and views. All and all it was a great week and we would definitely stay again!

The staff at Pelican Walk moved us to 912 for the time it took. 912 is a very nice unit. Good furniture and decor. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities are as advertised it is a very a very comfortable unit. Nice view of the beach from the balcony which features comfortable chairs and a nice high table and chairs. If you have an opportunity to stay in this unit you will find it very much to your liking.

Looks to have been recently renovated. Couldn’t ask for a closer walk to the beach. West elevator’s inspection certificate was expired. This was our third time staying at Pelican Walk. We really like it, but the elevators have been iffy each of those times which might lead us to another location. The day of our check in the office said the west elevator had not been working but was now working.

A reprieve from daily life

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property and amenities provided. The views were stunning. There were a few issues sleeping: no blackout curtains in two of the rooms, and the primary issue was just the bed being noisy getting in and out. For those who like a firm/stiff mattress, it should not be a problem. The property was decorated in a relaxing manner and everything in primary living space was comfortable and well thought out.
