Step into a piece of NASWA tradition with this Two-Bedroom Cottage, a family favorite for generations. Nestled just steps from Lake Winnipesaukee, this bright and cozy cottage features a private screened-in porch, ideal for morning coffee or evening card games with lake breezes.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with two twin beds—perfect for parents and kids or traveling friends. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the cottage to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stove, fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker—everything you need for casual meals or vacation breakfast traditions. Cable TV and air conditioning are included for added comfort, and daily trash and towel service helps keep things fresh during your stay.

Step outside and you’re just moments from NASWA’s private sandy beach, the largest on Lake Winnipesaukee. Houseguests enjoy complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, free dock space, and access to resort-wide amenities like Camp Naz, the family-friendly activity program, and SS NASWA boat rides in summer.
