The Haven is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in a gated community that has beautiful lake views! Ready to go to Disney? Take the short drive 15 minutes down the street!

You will be staying right around the corner from grocery stores, restaurants, local breakfast/coffee shops, and entertainment. This home is equipped with a crib in the master suite for the little one to sleep right next to you! Book now to enjoy your stay in this beautiful home!

- The Space -

The Haven has its own private entrance with a parking garage! The home is fully furnished with a stocked kitchen including a Keurig, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, pots, and pans.

Downstairs you will walk into the living room, kitchen, and dining area! There are bar stools for the kitchen island as well as a 6-top dining table. There is a half bath located downstairs for your convenience.

Upstairs is where all 4 bedrooms are located. You will find a loft with a futon and two chairs when you walk up the stairs.

To the left is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and connected ensuite. There is a beautiful walk-in shower with dual vanity sinks! The walk-in closet will have a full-size crib and a changing table.

To the right, once you walk up the stairs there are two bedrooms each with queen beds, closets, and dressers to store your clothes!

In the backyard, you will find a patio with chairs to sit by the little lake! Board games are located inside the credenza for some family night fun! There is free on-site parking available for 4 cars right in front of the house. (2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking is allowed!

Perfect Florida Vacation Home

Kaitlyn was the perfect host. We have been staying in a lot of vacation rentals over the past few years and she was by far the best host we have experienced. She was able to get us in last minute when our first rental did not work out, always responded quickly to any questions and was extremely helpful. The house was spotless and I was probably extra picky after the condition of our other rental was so poor we chose to move. Having a garage to park in was priceless and not usually an option with Orlando rentals. The home is decorated modern, but cozy with lots of space. The two beds we used were very comfortable and all of the linens were far superior to any other rental we have had. We definitely appreciated ceiling fans in every room after being in the Florida heat all day. And the master bedroom shower was amazing. Lastly, the view from the back patio was lovely and the lake noises in the evening were so relaxing. One night, after the rain we were able to open the screen and just listen to the frogs. It really was the perfect spot to wind down after being at the theme parks and we always found the traffic on I4 to look far worse than it was. The home was perfect with lots of unexpected extra touches. We are already planning a return visit.

Beautiful home!

Home was beautiful in gated neighborhood! Master bedroom’s was amazing but the other beds weren’t great! Kids room bed was uncomfortable and bed in one room need new mattress indents in mattress on each size and a lump in the middle over all house worked for our party of 8

West Haven was Heavenly

We had a fantstic stay at West Haven! The house was clean and well kept, had pleanty of space for 5 adults to all have a comfortable stay and enjoy seperate quarters. I also really appreciated the host leaving the streaming services active, plenty of extra linens, and the use of garage for parking. We enjoyed the easy access to I-4 and a good selection of retail and restraunts along Hwy 27.

There is free on-site parking available for 4 cars right in front of the house. (2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. NO STREET PARKING!! You will get towed by the city if you park on the street.
