Absolutely beautiful condo and view. The condo was tastefully decorated. Beds extremely comfortable. Great location. Kitchen fully equipped with quality cooking pots and pans and utensils. Plenty of seating for family with sectional couch two side chairs, six chair, dining table and four barstools not to mention the quaint patio with six additional chairs. The bedrooms are roomie with plenty of closet. Space and bathrooms are roomy. Also, I would highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

When checking in at guard gate they had no record of my reservation. So we had no parking passes or wrist bands. Had to pay again and to be reimbursed. Had all details on my phone. The lady at the gate was very busy but very pleasant. She got us checked in and taken care of. The elevator problems were also terrible. Long waits and not all elevators were working.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem was we didn't have hot water until maintenance came up and changed the water heater setting. That was a little rough.

Felt like I was constantly being interrogated about having a bracket. Security was to aggressive. Having to pay for bracelets to use the pool and pay a fee for parking was disappointing. Room was booked for 7 people and we were only given towels for half that. No coffee filters for coffee machine. Floor felt sandy when we checked in. Nice view and staff were on top of keeping common area clean.

Great Place

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there. The view from the balcony was priceless and the best part of the whole stay.

Great location and condo.

We love this condo and its location. This condo has everything needed for a great vacation. It’s a little store on site, restaurant, and bar for all your needs. Spacious condo for our party of 8. It could use more comfortable beds.

Awesome place

I’ve been coming to PCB and have stayed at the boardwalk previously but this by far was the nicest we’ve ever stayed at! Beds were super comfortable along with the couch! Place was as advertised. The 3 box fans were a great surprise. This is an annual girls trip for myself, sister and cousin and we all were more than satisfied! Will definitely book again!!

Beautiful Property in a Good Location

The property was beautiful and comfortable. I also loved the location. Being further away from Pier Park gave us more space on the beach. I could look down the beach and see how crowded it was. I was thankful this property was spaced out away from the clump of large resorts but still close to restaurants and Walmart. The little market and restaurant on the property were also a nice plus and I enjoyed them both.
