This is a second story rental. Be aware that it involves stairs and a step-over at the glass sliding “front-door”. A beautiful place with the best location!!!! We loved being able to come and go from the sand and shore whenever we fancied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re looking for a gorgeous location, paired with a beautiful place to stay, this is it! My family and I have stayed on AMI several times, and this is by far our new go-to. There are several restaurants in walking distance, as well as the convenience of catching the trolly right outside as well!

Family had a terrific visit. Beach and view couldn’t be beat! We had a few hiccups upon arrival but were able to be resolved quickly by text. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was missing a few items if your someone who prefers to cook but we were able to improvise. Restaurants near by and bridge street was close. Overall, completely enjoyed and would love to come back!

Beautiful condo right on a quiet beach. Group of 10 with 6 kids and we had everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, a few beach toys. 10 beach towels and plenty of bath towels. Kitchen could use a few extra supplies so I would suggest grabbing some paper products to supplement for a large group. Washer/dryer was essential. Steps to Gulf Drive Cafe… they had live music and the noise was never an issue. Perfect setting for a relaxing week spent with family.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Steps away from the ocean, restaurants, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We just wished it had a pool for late night swimming.

Fantastic family stay

It is a beautiful ocean front property in one of the prettiest beaches in Florida. It is close to many restaurants and attractions. We loved it.

This unit was great! Perfect location. Great restaurants that were walking distance. The beach was right outside. The views from inside are amazing too. Some of the prettiest sunsets I’ve ever seen! We will definitely rent this again!

Wonderful unit and location. Beach proximity as well as island location was phenomenal! First trip to AMI did not disappoint and we WILL be back. Loved being there off season. (My brother winters across the street and experiences the crowds of winter )

We had a quick three day girls trip and this place had it all! This is the first time on AMI. This place is amazing! Right on the beach. Easily slept the six of us. Good access to restaurants and bars. We will definitely come back!

Great spot on Anna Maria Island

Nice unit to spend a week in. Beach is more private than some other areas up and down the island.

Great location and wonderful property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with Beach House 10. The location is right on the beach and we did not have any issues with the crowds on the beach like other areas. It is a very convenient location and a short walk to a couple of nice restaurants(Wicked Cantina and Kokonut Hut, Beach House Waterfront). There were plenty of beach items in the deck storage such as floaties, boogie boards, footballs, beach chairs and umbrella. It was nice not having to buy our own. There were plenty of beach towels and the loungers were always available. I am being overly critical but there were just a few issues. The cooking items were a little sparse, we needed a pizza pan but there wasn't one. A couple of towel hooks in the master were broken off and unusable. The locks to the gates on the property didn't seem to work. None of these issues are worth complaining about and didn't effect our rating of the property. Just things to note. The office staff at Island Vacation Properties were a pleasure to work with and were very responsive with everything from booking to checking out. We will definitely use them again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful sunsets!

We really enjoyed staying at the Beach House resort. The unit was clean and spacious. Construction next door was a little loud and distracting at times but otherwise it was a great place to stay!
