Relaxing Stay in Florida

We enjoyed the nice pool and area around the pool. places to grill and then eat outside around the pool. the Pier was fun to sit out on and watch the boats go by. We cam to relax and unwind and this was a very nice place to do that.

best location for boaters

Great property on the canal. First floor was a cozy little home with all that we needed. Pool and water access were the main reasons we picked it. If you are boating, be cautious of the tides. Low tide takes 2-3 feet of water and you must follow markers to make sure you dont hit bottom. Excellent property and super friendly/attentive host. Thank you!

Father’s Day fishing trip

The accommodations were very convenient for our fishing trip. The apartment is right on the canal and has a wonderful dock. When we weren’t out fishing, we spent all of our time in the pool or covered porch area. My husband would have liked to have a fish cleaning table but he modified and did fine without. The owners communicated with us well.

Wonderful property and hosts!!

First, the hosts/property owners are awesome! Jim and Jenee make you feel welcome and immediately at “Home away from home!” The property is impeccably clean and well stocked. The pool and patio are perfect for relaxing and enjoying! Highly recommend!! Thank you for a lovely stay Jenee & Jim!!

Clean & Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and had all the accommodations needed. It was a quite peaceful community. If we go back to Pine Island we'll definitely be booking this location again.

Super location

This place is perfect for a getaway! It’s got everything needed for a stay, including coffee pods and sugar for our coffee. The pool was a great addition to the week, and we could relax and wave at the boats that came to and from the marina up the way. Hosts were friendly and available! We really enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with our rental. Very nice property with excellent features - pool, screened patio, canal, dock, etc. We had everything we needed and the host was very friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

Just what the doc ordered!

The owners were amazing- very helpful. Plenty of things to do on Pine Island. They are slowly trying to get surrounding areas up and running after Hurricane Ian. I could’ve just hung out by the pool all week but my wife needed some sand therapy 😎

Top notch

I can’t say enough about how amazing the host of this property was. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I travel a lot with work and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The only reason it’s 5 stars is because that the most I can give.
