Villa Azul is a gated property, offering you beautiful views from your 2nd story private patio. Overlook the ocean and jungle while listening to birds and monkeys, and watching butterflies, dragonflies and parrots play. Even the occasional macaw pair flies overhead.

The inviting salt water swimming pool, rancho and huge deck are there for you day & night. Sit on a rocking chair, practice yoga, read or stargaze at night. Numerous chairs and sun loungers are available for your use.

With only a 6 minute drive to Samara or 8 minutes to Playa Carrillo, you can easily enjoy the fantastic dining options, shopping and beautiful beaches of this unique blue zone slice of paradise.

Samara is well known for its calm, warm water, surf schools and numerous on-the-beach dining options. Playa Carrillo on the other hand will thrill you with its long, beautiful palm lined beach where you can spend the day relaxing on the pristine sand or hammocking from palm trees.

Only a short drive from town located behind a gated drive, Villa Azul offers plenty of free parking. The dirt road leading to Villa Azul can be a challenging for a 2WD vehicle, so a 4WD vehicle or ATV is highly recommended (especially during the rainy season) - for all of Costa Rica.

Your detached casita at Villa Azul is next to the owner-occupied main house. There is an additional 1 bedroom rental sharing this space as well. Owners and guests share all common spaces. High Speed Starlink WiFi is included in your casita and in the pool/deck area. A 6 burner stove, oven and large BBQ grill are available for you use under the weather protected rancho. Dishes and flatware are provided.

Please NOTE: * Villa Azul is not suited for children between ages of 1-9 due to its elevation and no gate around the pool.

NOTE: The person booking the reservation, must be the person that will be staying onsite.
