Will return again and again!

We loved our weekend stay here, including its great location which is both quiet, but close enough to Starbucks and a large grocery store that you can walk! The patio table with sun covering was a huge hit, and all the beds were very comfortable, and the house was as clean as can be! We look forward to returning!

Beautiful Stay, Welcoming Owners

We absolutely loved the stay. Spacious, welcoming, and clean! The owners were so kind and left us a little treat for the morning, and were amazing with communication. Such a lovely place for a long stay, and we will definitely be booking again!

Grandma's and Papaw's Hideaway

Absolute best home rental experience we have had! Extremely comfortable home for a family. Every possible amenity provided and the "icing" on the cake was the donuts that awaited us upon arrival! Highly recommend if looking for accommodations in the area.

Exactly what we needed

This house was perfect for me and my family! After a long day of running around the city, coming back here as home base was very relaxing. The outdoor space was chill and beautiful, and there were enough rooms and bathrooms for us to not be on top of one another. We would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful quite property in a wonderful neighborhood

My friends and I came to Ohio to do a dog competition at the Roberts Center half an hour away. The dogs and the humans really enjoyed the beautiful backyard and spent most of the time we were there outside. The inside of the house is wonderful and the beds super comfortable.

Family reunion

The house was perfect- there were many open rooms for us to get together and play cards, cook, share a meal and reconnect. The yard was perfect with a fire pit and nice gas grill. The location was close to restaurants and a grocery store. We hope to visit again soon.

A great stopover

We stopped here on our way from Canada to Florida. It was an awesome location as it was close enough to easily get back on the highway. The fenced in yard was amazing for our dogs after riding in the car for 9 hours. The house was clean and very spacious. The hosts were excellent with communication. The added treat when we arrived was really a nice touch!

Great House, Great Location!

Billy and Sara have thought of everything. From the treats upon arrival to a well supplied kitchen, all the details were there. The backyard was amazing for the dogs. The bedrooms are very comfortable and bathrooms had everything needed. The family rooms were appointed with comfy couchs for those evenings we just needed to unwind. We have a growing family in the area and will be back to stay again.

A GREAT Fit!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental! The house was cozy with two rooms where we could all sit, relax and enjoy each other’s company! Our host Billy truly thought of everything anyone could need - lots of towels, extra blankets, games and a treat of delicious local donuts - they were top tier! Billy had great communication- very quick responses to any questions we had. My elderly parents were able to get around easily as well - it was a great fit for us! We would book this house again! ☺️

Wonderful Place

The pictures do not do this property justice. Many upgrades around the house to make it spacious and feel at home. Went for a wedding with some coworkers and we had a wonderful time. Beautiful patio as well. Two living rooms, so if you are traveling with kids they can have their own space.

Anything you need is here. So thoughtful to have a sewing kit, lint brush, extra toothbrushes, anything you could think of was there. Kitchen was fine, we didn’t cook, but there were 2 coffee makers, coffee was provided, enough dishes for 2 days of drinks and coffee. Kroger grocery store right next door. Great yard. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area again

family reunion

We traveled 18 hours from Maine and arrived at 11:50 pm to find the house bright and welcoming after our long journey, Inside the house was ready, clean and beautiful and in the kitchen we found Bills donuts waiting for us (we were starving) We stayed for a week visiting family we have not seen in 28 years. The house is minutes from anything you need and large enough to accommodate our family. My favorite part of our trip was sitting on the beautiful back deck drinking my coffee every morning. Thank you Bill and Sarah for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home

Great property, location & host!

The on line pictures do not do this property justice. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was spectacular. Every thing we needed was there. Helpful info was provided for the area. Great location was close to everything we wanted. There were so many little details the host had covered so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The highlight of the house for us was the back deck. While there was plenty of room to gather inside the house, sitting on the back deck at the end of the day was perfect. We will book this again when we return to the area. Thanks for making our family weekend easy and comfortable!

Great time at the Hideaway.

My friends and I stayed at the Hideaway for 3 days during the Hamvention held in Xenia. Everything was perfect, and Bill even had a box of donuts waiting for us. What a treat! We were away all day, but it was like coming home in the evening. We had our own rooms, and relaxed on the front porch and deck to talk about the day's events. You can't do that at a hotel. There are many good places to eat very close by so we didn't do any cooking, but everything was there if we had wanted to. We will definitely stay here again if we come back next year. Thanks, Bill.

Ohio visit

Billy was an excellent host! He was in consent communications with us leading up to our trip and excellent repsonse time on all text. As we arrived at the house we were greeted with a welcome note and donuts to welcome us! We had 10 adults and 2 furry kids and everything was very comfortable and spacious. He thought of everything even down to water/food bowls for our babies and poo bags. Bathrooms were updated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the back yard and deck area with the weather being perfect! We even used the fire pit. Great location for food shopping. We were in Ohio for my sons wedding and everything was in close location to the home. If we are ever in Ohio again, we will definitely check to see if the house is available! Thank you again Billy and it was a pleasure staying in your comfortable home.
