We offer luxury amenities, including: Martha Stewart bath towels, complimentary coffee/tear bar, and every kitchen item you might need to make a home cooked meal. Our 65 inch Smart TV is HUGE and ready for all of the streaming. We also have a washer and dryer available for use FREE of charge. We are centrally located to Miami Valley, Dayton Children's, WPAFB and Downtown DT

Charming stay, Absolutely Safe. I don't care what anyone says! I liked parking on the street; the motion light came on anytime anyone went near the car! We also loved being able to do laundry, and it was cool! There were seasonings and a hand mixer, which is just a luxury. We were also given great Tea & Coffee, so we returned the favor! Another Great Stay in Dayton

This is our second time staying at this property in Dayton. It's everything we could ask for - Clean & tidy, with plenty of room for our family. We'll definitely be looking to book here again next time we're in town.

Great Property Great Host

Had another great stay at this lovely property in Dayton, Clean, comfortable, and well maintained with a host who is very accommodating and quick to respond to any communications. This has been our 3rd stay with Steve at this property, I can't think of any better way to recommend him.

Definitely a great value vs an extended stay hotel. The space is clean and well kept. The washer/dryer is a huge plus.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

Property is clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to several adventures just waiting for you. Very beautiful home. Parking is on street but it was right in front of home. Very pleased.

Dayton Stay

We had the best stay in Dayton for our two week trip to pick up our service dog for our daughter in Xenia at 4 Paws for Ability. The house was very cozy and everything was in great shape. Quiet neighborhood and host very responsive if anything was needed. It was great to let us have the service dog with no issues at all. Great stay and recommend to anyone that is coming for class at 4 paws only 20 minutes away!

Great alternative to a hotel!!

We were very pleased with the house and the whole process. It was seemless and a great value. We were a little concerned about parking not having a driveway, but it was not an issue at all and always had a ton of space right out front. Very quite area but close enough to everything you need. Wifi was fast and the large TV was a real plus! Highly recommend 👌

Misrepresentation. Unprofessional.

The pictures of the outside of the property shown on the listing are different in-person. I wish I could post a pic. That, along with it being a sketchy area making me feel uncomfortable as a single female, prompted my choice to leave right then and there without going inside, knowing I couldn't spend the 16 nights that I booked intending to rest and rejuvenate after a long illness. In addition, cars are parked on both sides of the street which makes for a tight squeeze driving down the road. Too stressful for me in my mini-van. Equally disappointing was the reaction of the property owner, Steve. He showed no empathy for my experience and ignored some of my questions. VRBO comped me what they could. Property owner Steve, on the other hand, was not cooperative and didn't refund a single cent. I'm in the red $1948.79. Deeply Duped and Distressed.

Centrally located close to UD, Miami Valley, Dayton Children's, Downtown , WPAFB and it's 10 Min to all the Venues. You will have the entire two bedroom home to yourself, situated on a quiet side street. Our home is ideal for 2-4 guests. There is ample street parking in our safe neighborhood.

Guests can access the home easily with our smart lock and a 4 digit code provided on the day of check in. There is ample street parking.
