Needs safety attention

We were told to evacuate under threat of felony due to Hurricane Helene. I checked the county website and there was no evacuation. I asked them and they said, "oh sorry, you are correct." The fire extinguisher has not been inspected since 2013, there was a plug cover missing (live wires exposed), the pool pump area had cords plugged into an electrical box that was full of water. The demarc and cable connections were soaked in water with all covers open. They couldn't even tell us how to turn on the pool light. 2 people showed up, knocked and said they were there to clean (we still had 4 days left), then they said, "Oh so, you guys aren't leaving?" Bad communication. Intentional bullying to make us leave. Bad maintenance. Unsafe.

Family vacation at The Last Resort

Had a wonderful time at the Last Resort with my husband, children and grandson. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 yr old grandson. The pool was so nice to jump In after a day at the beach or just to have a pool day. The house is so pretty loved all the windows and plantation blinds. Also loved the porches. The property owners were very accommodating . We highly recommend staying here. We want to come back and make more memories.

Quiet getaway

Overall the home was very nice. Location is very private but you do have to drive at least 30 minutes to be able to have a sit down meal. The only complaint I have is stuff being done in or around the property that we were not made aware of. Having someone knock at your back door at 7:30 am or going out to the pool to find someone out back working on the pool or mowing the yard and being startled. I understand things have to be done but communication could be better when this happens

Almost Heaven

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. For five adults, we each had sleeping room and food preparation room. We are all cooks and have plenty of space to enjoy preparing food around that big island. The pool was clean and beautiful. If I could find even one thing, it would be that the linen (maybe the bedspread)in the last bedroom on the left was stinky. I think the pillow covers and bedspread need to be cleaned very thoroughly and deodorize. It smelled like a dirty head. I kept spraying air freshener in there to try to mask it. But other than that, I would have to say the house was perfect! We will look for another house like that that would allow us to bring our dog next year. We missed him very much!

The house was awesome ! Decorations were great, layout was perfect for us, had everything we needed

My only thing would be the outside wasn’t as clean as the inside...dog poopie around the pool. Also you should add beach chairs to the list of things to bring😊

Loved the property and proximity to the oceanfront.

Everything you could need was furnished. Plenty of room even with 8 people. Pool was perfect. Outside showers were great for coming off the beach! Front porch was perfect for views of the ocean. Saw dolphins throughout the week.

Family Vacation 2017

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second year with No Worries Rentals! The Last Resort was an absolute breathe of fresh air! The house was decorated exquisitely , the pool an extra added bonus. Everything was incredibly clean! There was only one problem 1 week was not long enough!

Amazing View

This is our 2nd time staying at “The Last Resort” and our family absolutely loves it. The location cannot be beat, right on 98 with unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico on the quite end of Mexico Beach. It’s the perfect place for a cozy family vacation. Two of our favorite features are the spacious front porch and the private backyard pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possible need … full size washer & dryer … “two” outdoor showers … comfortable beds. For your convenience, bring extra bath linens. The No Worries Vacation Rentals staff is quick to respond and a pleasure to work with … thank you for a great experence.

Great Time!

We had a wonderful time! Love The Last Resort! Wish the pool had been warmer and we could have enjoyed it! Hope you can resolve the bear in the garbage situation! June and I left there and came to Destin for a week to celebrate our 50th anniversary and we both agree we wish we had stayed there! Maybe we can come in September next year and stay 2 weeks for our 51st! Angie and Betty made it home safely. We are all looking forward to next year! Praying Betty will still be able to come! Location, location, location

We had a wonderful vacation in Mexico Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Last Resort. The staff at No Worries Vacation Rental could not have been nicer to work with! The house was very clean, beds comfortable, the grandkids loved the pool, and the view of the beach from the front porch was simply amazing. The pictures do not do it justice … our family will definitely be back to “Last Resort”.

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Close to the beach, great view, and dolphins playing right out front. What else can you ask for. Company folks were nice to work with. Everything was as represented and better.
