Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Take in the ocean views at this wonderful 1-bedroom villa. The open kitchen and living area are well-appointed to accommodate all your needs. The kitchen has been recently renovated. The dining table seats 2. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.

This villa offers great amenities that are ideal for the whole family. Oceanfront pool and kiddie pool. large sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. A private boardwalk leads you right to the beach, just steps away from the pool area. After an exciting day at the beach, you will enjoy the outdoor shower and rising area before returning to your villa.

We truly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for two people. It is in the heart of town so you can walk a lot of places. The view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful and it was a very short walk to the beach from our private beach access walk way. The only negative was the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Perfect for a couple

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 1br unit. Clean, updated and had all necessary amenities. Location is unbeatable. Will have to bring your own beach chairs. We were very happy with the stay at 212 Breakers. The amenities were exactly as described. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and the Island reps were responsive to any questions we had. Despite some rain in the mornings, we enjoyed the view of the ocean on the deck. Everything we needed was in walking distance, so once we parked the car, it didn’t move until we left. A short walk to the beach, to some good restaurants, or the “Piggly Wiggly” and we had anything we needed. The condo was clean and the perfect layout for relaxing. Hoping to come back again soon.

This was our second year staying at the breakers. We love the view and the private beach access. We park our car and never move it the whole week. Everything is in walking distance, restaurants galore, live music,ice-cream shops, and shopping too. We take our beach cart to the piggly wiggly and get groceries and just enjoy being there.

Great location and the view from the balcony is amazing! Only thing I'd say is the bed is not very comfortable we tossed and turned quite a bit through the night..

The view from the 2nd floor onto the ocean was amazing. You could sit on the balcony and read a book with the waves crashing in the background. The location was fantastic with less than a 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants. The only downside we had was that the bed was quite hard.

Very nice condo on the beach with a nice ocean view. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Good Communication with mgmt. They promptly fixed an issue we had. The only complaint that we had is that the sofa’s are not very comfortable to sit on or as a bed (even worse). I could not sleep on the sofa, so my husband had to put up with my snoring. Otherwise, it was very lovely

Great Location!

Clean, well-equipped condo in a wonderful location. Close to everything in Coligny area, on the beach, had a great stay. The building/development is somewhat older but things are in good shape.

Close to stuff

It was very close to Colgny Plaza and the beach. We had a wonderful view from our room and a table set to enjoy. The only down side was the bathroom is so small.

Fun time at the beach

We had a very nice time at the beach. The location is perfect! Once we arrived we didnt have to take the car out very often as everything we needed/wanted was right there. The rooms even for just two people are very small though. The
