Welcome to The Palms by Desert Living Collective! This newly renovated lux boho inspired 4BR/3B home will immerse you in what desert living is all about. The home has been custom designed so you can relax in style and enjoy your private outdoor retreat. Experience the lively Central Phoenix neighborhood with its many restaurants and activities - you cannot beat this location! Lounge in the sun and catch some vibes with this beautiful home in the heart of Phoenix just 10 minutes from PHX airport.

The Palms is located in a highly desirable Central Phoenix neighborhood close to ample shopping, dining, and nightlife. The home is just 5 minutes from Biltmore Fashion Park, 15 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 30 minutes from State Farm Stadium.

BEDROOM SET UP
Bedroom 1: 1 king bed with TV, ensuite master bathroom and walk in master closet

This home features an open floor plan with spacious living room seating and large flat-screen TV. BACKYARD
The backyard retreat features a hot tub, outdoor dining, fire pit seating, outdoor daybed, grill and turf area complete with corn hole.

Great property! Was in the right location for us. Seamless experience. Lots of room, easily fit 2 couples and 3 extras. Only thing we didn't like were the NEST thermostats. I have never had one and none of us could figure out how to use them, so hard to regulate temperature. There was no manual or instructions on how to use them either. At least now I know I will never buy a NEST thermostat! :)

We were in town for the weekend for a family wedding. Three couples and a single stayed in the home. We had plenty of space. Beds were very comfy! The location was great for our needs. Airport is less than 15 minutes away. Cute clean house! Great communication from host. Only downfall was the front door lock was broken so we had to use a key that was extremely difficult to use in the lock. Besides that everything was great!

Property was recently renovated and is designed as a vacation rental and was clean on arrival. The bedrooms were generally comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was very nice (but a lot of mosquitos in yard so beware) as were the game tables provided. On the downside, the furniture in the LR/Dining Room and Porch were cheap and not comforable. The TVS were VERY small, esp. the ones in the bedroom which were a silly size. The lighting was harsh so we either had bright blaring lights or were in the dark. The property is not managed by an owner but instead by a third party company who were cold at best and refused to make any reasonable accomodation for check out. Finally, trash barrels were missing with no explanation. Overall a decent rental but the owner/manager need to step up their game.

A true gem

This house was such a lucky find for us. It was perfect for our family which included three couples and one teen. Everything was clean, modern, and spacious, and the host was especially prompt and gracious with communication. We loved the well stocked kitchen, cool game room, and backyard with fire table and hot tub. New high end appliances, including washer and dryer, were a nice bonus. And the beds were very comfortable. Location was great as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing!!

Home was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean and organized. Neighborhood is welcoming and peaceful. We stayed at the home for 2 nights for my wedding and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay at! The home was large enough to fit my entire bridal party and still have ample space for socializing and pre-wedding preparations. The games, firepit, & jacuzzi were great entertainment for us the night before the wedding. Location was close to many stores, restaurants, & even bars for drinks. Would recommend this place!

FABULOUS!

We loved this house so much! Very well accommodated for everything you need. Even coffee to get you through a few days! The game room was as a super fun addition and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Great kitchen table for plenty of people to eat or play games. Decorated so fun! Plenty of space indoors and out! Highly recommend it. Also - property manager was quick to respond and super easy to work with.
