Una oportunidad Inolvidable de experimentar Barcelona, ​​alojarse en un apartamento de diseño único. Este piso tiene un gusto exquisito. Cada habitación tiene su propio carácter dando al piso un gran ambiente.
El piso está situado en la Rambla de Poblenou St. (calle peatonal). Esta calle es el núcleo del barrio de Poblenou (junto al Eixample). Hay muchos cafés y restaurantes. Es una de las calles más comerciales de Barcelona.
A pocos minutos a pie por la Rambla Poblenou que tienen la playa de Barcelona y el Puerto Olímpico. A poca distancia también se puede visitar algunos de los iconos de Barcelona: la famosa Sagrada Familia de Antonio Gaudí. Desde allí se puede caminar hasta el Gaudí Ave. al Hospital de Sant Pablo otro icono del Art Noveau en Barcelona. La moderna torre Agbar está a 5 minutos a pie, este moderno edificio diseñado por Jean Nouvel que mantiene la compañía de agua. Algunas noches de la semana Es iluminadas con luces de colores.


El piso en sí es de 123 metros cuadrados (1345sqf). Tiene dos habitaciones dobles cada una con una cama de matrimonio y un baño completo (bañera). Hay un tercer dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio disponibles si es necesario. El dormitorio principal cuenta con un gran mirador con un sillón de estilo isabelino, desde donde tendrá la oportunidad de ver cómo fluye la vida en la Rambla del Poblenou. El gran salón está dedicado a los detalles y a una mezcla de estilos. Un uso inteligente del color en las paredes crea el calor necesario, a continuación, los muebles de diseño, el sofá de cuero, un sistema de sonido envolvente Bose y un gran televisor de plasma y televisión por cable, son el ponche, los ingredientes que le hará enamorarse de esta casa. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless and well stocked. Check-in and check out was an easy process. The location is top notch - within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Host communicated fairly quickly but we dis not receive an email with any check-in instructions. We paid for an early check-in but the cleaners were still there amd stayed after regular check in time. Location was great. Very safe feeling. Lots of entertainment and restaurants. However, we were there during the holiday and they had a live band and DJ that played until 3 am right down the street making it very difficult to sleep. We enjoyed it, but others may not. Tony was very accommodating and had good recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay again.

Good afternoon, Thanks for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay in Barcelona at our apartment. We always send a first email with all the check in instructions and Tonys phone. We sent that on January 20th 2026th with all the check in details. Its true that you had an early check in and the flat was cleaned when you arrived. Thought its also true that the cleaning was there but the apartment was cleaned and ready on your arrival. As for the noise you mention on your comment there was a DJ at the Rambla. The neighborhood festivities started on September 10th till the 20th. Its one of the major festivities in Barcelona and most of our guest enjoy it. We completely understand that during those days there are many events and nice concerts at our quarter and more noise than normal. We are located on a pedestrian boulevard which is very quiet at night. We would like to thank you for staying with us in Barcelona. We hope to see you in the future in Barcelona Thanks again

The property was very nice and was comfortable for the 5 of us. I liked the soft beds and bedding and the A/C worked great. Could use more towels. We did not cook, but the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans if we had wanted to. There were many good restaurants to choose from nearby and it was about a 10-minute walk to the Poblenou or Llacuna Metro stop. The washer and dryer were very helpful as we visited in August (once we figured out you need to dump the water out of the dryer after every load). The empanada shop downstairs (Malvon) was handy for a quick meal when we were too tired to do a full Spanish dinner. Sao was our go-to quick pastry shop and Florentine around the corner had more substantial breakfast offerings. The area seemed safe and we didn't have any issues coming back from the Metro late at night. There was some noise from the street during the Spanish dinner hours (9:30 - 11:30 pm), and from the glass recycle bins outside. Could use a few more chairs for sitting in the living room. Would definitely stay again.

Great neighborhood and location. The unit was well kept and thoughtfully decorated. It was very clean and the host was flexible with check in. There were many shops and restaurants nearby and the unit is a short walk to transportation options as well. The area was not crowded or filled with tourists either. The appliances were modern and it was a spacious unit with 7 people staying quite comfortably. The air conditioner worked really well, the building elevators were quick and access was easy. It was also close to multiple playgrounds for kids that weren’t crowded. I would definitely return.

We had such a great stay! The property was spacious, clean, and with an amazing location. Shopping center, tram and subway stops were 5 min walk. Lots of cute shops, bars, restaurants right outside of the apt. Miguel and Tony were amazing and helped to organize taxis and tours! Communition was great before and during the stay! I certainly recommend this place!

Luxury Stay in the Heart of Barcelona – Perfect for Families!

Our stay at this Barcelona flat felt like being in a luxury hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully curated — stylish, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Home away from home

The owners, the property, communication, location - 100%. The property lived up to its advertising and we would all stay there again 'in a heartbeat'. We stayed 2 months and felt very much part of the community, great cafes and shops and 15 min walk to the beach! A heartfelt thank you to the owners!

The apartment was exactly as it was described online. It was very clean and comfortable. There were six of us and it was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We all felt very relaxed and safe. Tony, the Property Manager was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was also a great tour guide. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay in Barcelona.

We stayed at this property for 4-5 days in May of 2010. It's a lovely flat in a beautiful building in a very quiet area of Barcelona. You can walk to the beach, parks and many areas of interesting architecture in the area. Recommended!

Great apartment in family friendly neighborhood, close to the beach and shopping. There is a metro stop within two blocks of the apartment to get to all of the sites. Walking to the touristic areas of the gothic quarter and Eixample are a bit of a distance. Many restaurants right outside the door of the building. Great setup for two couples as there is a bedroom and bathroom in one wing and two bedrooms and a bathroom in another, both with a door to shut off from the common areas. One of our friends was in a wheelchair and was easily able to navigate within the apartment and bathroom. Tony was very good to communicate with.

Awesome Property and Hosts!

This is an awesome property in the Rambla district. The property was well appointed and recently updated. There are numerous restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk as well as access to public transportation. Victor Miguel and Tony are fantastic hosts. Tony, especially, was phenomenal and gladly assisted us when asked. Tony also provides walking tours of Barcelona which I highly recommend. Victor Miguel organized transportation on our arrival and departure days which greatly simplified our arrival and departure in Barcelona. He also offers a great selection of wine to pre-stock upon arrival. Thank you both, Miguel and Tony, for a fantastic experience! We will be back!!

Comfortable place

Apartment is very comfortable on a pleasant street with lots of good dining and shops and well appointed. Ten minute walk to the beach and close to the metros. Housekeeping wise: could use a few more towels--two per person; more detergent. Unfortunately we ran into two nights where celebratory bands played loudly well into the night, around 3:00 AM. This made sleeping difficult.

Amazing time in Barcelona

Our stay was amazing. The property was exactly as advertised and recently updated. We were extremely happy with everything including the location. The street was lovely and we were happy it wasn't closer to the busy areas but still walkable by adults to the tourist areas and the ocean.Victor was great to communicate with prior to arriving and very helpful answering my questions. Tony met us on site when we arrived. The check in process was very simple. We also did a tour with Tony to Montserrat and a small village near the ocean afterwards for lunch. The trip was amazing, and Tony did a great job of showing us all the highlights and beating the crowds. Overall a 10 out of 10 for Tony as well.Tony and Victor exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this VRBO.

beautiful Apartment in Barcelona

We loved this apartment! We are a family of six and traveled to various locations in Spain. This was the nicest of all our accomodations. It is a very modern apartment with all of the comforts of home; the pictures do not do it justice. Victor's father, Miguel, greeted us upon our arrival and showed us the apartment in detail. He also left a map of Barcelona for us. This apartment has a clothes dryer, which is a rare find in Europe! The location is very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The metro and tram are also within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again if we ever returned to Barcelona.

Perfect for families!

This apartment worked very well for a family of 6 with four older teens. The location was great - we enjoyed being a bit away from the busier central part of Barcelona. All of the sites were still accessible, but we were very close to the beach and the area itself is vibrant with a lot of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores. The owner offered two day tours that took us outside the city. It was perfect - only slightly more expensive than similar tours we were looking at with larger groups, but much better to have a personalized experience. We learned a lot about living in Spain from our conversations with him. The apartment is newly renovated and had everything we needed. More space than other apartments we have rented in Europe which was nice for a larger family. We stayed a week and loved every minute of it!

Our family enjoyed 4 wonderful days/nights in this spacious and well designed apartment. The large apartment has been meticulously remodeled throughout and appreciate the kind check in process by Tony having fruit, water, wine and coffee for us after our extensive journey from California. The neighborhood provides everything you need including multiple cafes, tapas bars, bakery, farmacia and grocery stores literally across the street. Very convenient to all of Barcelona with multiple public transportation options as well as a short 30 minute walk to La Sagrada familia. The complex is safe and the quiet neighborhood after 10-11 pm made it easy to get great sleep. Close enough to the gothic quarter but far enough away to provide a break from all of the tourist activity. Also a short walk/jog to the marina was appreciated to enjoy the views and get a bit of exercise. We hope to return in the future.

Great Apartment!

Victor and Miguel were wonderful and the apartment was just as advertised. We had 7 people in our group and the apartment was still very comfortable. My husband and I loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine recounting the adventures for that day and planning the next day. Being just an easy 10 minute walk to the beach was a bonus, especially with 4 teenagers. When one of our bags did not arrive at the airport with our flight, Miguel offered to have the airline call him so he could give them exact directions to the flat. Our luggage arrived the next morning so we were able to have a relaxing, care-free vacation in Barcelona. We definately recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Barcelona. Dear Mark, Thanks for your nice review. Our Boutique apartment is quite big for the standards of an apartment in Barcelona. Its 125sqm (1345sqft). It has 3 bedrooms each with its queen bed plus a convertible single bed. We are very glad that your party of 7 was feeling comfy at the flat. Amazing apartment with great attention to detail! Don't miss out on this special place!

We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing flat in December. Everything in the apartment was perfect and I loved the attention to detail in all of the rooms. I am very picky about cleanliness and this apt exceeded my expectations.The bedrooms are separated from one another so as to not disturb anyone that wants to sleep in or stay up late. Fantastic location in Barcelona. Close to great restaurants and markets. Victor and his father Miguel made us feel so welcome. Miguel was there to greet us upon our arrival and showed us around. Thank you so much for the great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and calling a taxi for our early morning departure to Paris. WeI hope to return someday and stay here again. Thank you so much Victor and Miguel!!! I hope you have a wonderful 2012!!!!

Dear Claire, Thanks for your nice words. We are very happy that you enjoyed Barcelona while staying at our flat. We try to give our best to prepare the flat to the minimal detail and cleanliness. We want to offer a very up class accommodation at a reasonable price. The area of the flat makes it very appropriate for families up to 7 people. Its also ideal for 2 couples since we offer the possibility of a two or three room option. When a two room option is choose the third bedroom is closed and each couple has its own en-suite bedroom at one at one side of the flat with all the common areas in the middle. Everything was beyond expectations! Superb unit! Fantastic location!

This was an incredibly memorable vacation. Victor's Dad (Don Miguel) greeted us and gave us a tour of the unit. He offered to organize excursions. The unit is completely equipped with anything you might need. My wife and 7-year old daughter had a vacation of their life thanks to this condo. It is located in a more secluded but exclusive "rambla". We would not have wanted to stay near the more popular one as we prefer to be where the locals are. And that is exactly what we found. But I digress. The unit is modern and has every amenity a traveler may wish for. It is private, quiet, and close to major arteries to take you anywhere in town. This is what Barcelona is all about. We stayed for a week but are planning to stay an entire month next year. Thank you Victor, Miguel and Angles. You certainly made our stay one of the best vacations ever. And we travel quite a lot. Thank you!!!

The Rambla poblenou is a very dynamic Street with lots of local shops, nice cafes and restaurants. Close to the beach and very handy to get to the city center. You will be in a OSASIS in Barcelona. Close to the main sightseeings but on a great local area known as the SoHo of Barcelona

A Unique design apartment. It took us more than a year to plan all the areas. Every piece of furniture is intended to be special for the room its located. Very warm atmosphere for your stay. We would define it as a Boutique apartment.
