The Space:
The space guests have access to is the upstairs portion of the duplex along with the garage, back patio, pool area, and the driveway of the house. Enjoy all the natural light you could wish for with views of the Pacific Ocean from the front porch. The living space is open concept and makes spending time together as a group easy and fun. We offer Beach chairs, bikes for getting around and some boogie boards too! Walk through the back yard to the gated pool area and enjoy a dip in the pool or hot tub. There is a separate downstairs unit with a separate entrance occupied by a female tenant - there is no shared space except for the front gate and trash area.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the main upstairs portion of the house, the garage, the back deck area, the gated pool area parking in the driveway. There is a small downstairs portion of the house that is not accessible from either side.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a small gated Community right across the street from Port Hueneme Beach Park and Hueneme Wharf Plaza. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are side walks everywhere and walking or biking around is great.

Getting Around:
If you’re just getting around the neighborhood you can use the Bikes or even walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. There are tons of restaurants and activities in close proximity but driving is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
We are in a very quiet luxury gated community by the beach with an HOA; Neighbors will complain if there's excess noise. If there are disturbances we may have to charge a fee. There are outside cameras and inside there are noise decibel monitors to make sure there are no major disturbances. If you throw a party we may have to kick you out immediately. There is a separate downstairs unit with a separate entrance occupied by a female tenant - there is no shared space except for the front gate and trash area.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during our stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a call or text away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.
